The Commercial that Killed a Fast Food Chain
I have been working on this video for like two years, I think about Mr. Delicious at least once a week. He sells aluminum siding, but also goes to Bora Bora with...sex workers? Maybe? He's on his second marriage. He spends too much time at a bar called The Rusty Anchor. He is both effete and signals that he is wealthy while also being working-class? He also likes to read ROMANCE NOVELS WHILE EATING RAX?! So I guess that's what in the suitcase???

???? PRINTABLE RECIPE -
This Chinese stir fry green bean recipe is often found in sichuan provence. We call it gan bian doujiao [干煸豆角]. The green beans infused by all the seasoning combination, it is really flavorful even though we didn’t put that many seasoning. It is definitely worth a try.

- 400 grams of green beans or snap beans
- 30 grams of dried shrimps
- 3 ounces of ground pork
- Some dry chilies [[Amazon Link:
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp of minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp of minced ginger
- 1.5 tbsp of soy sauce [Pearl River Bridge Natural Brewed Light Soy Sauce:
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- First, Soaked 30 grams of dried shrimps for 30 minutes. Drain it and roughly minced it. It is optional ingredient, I like to use it because It adds that shrimpy flavor to the dish.
- 400 grams of green beans. Take off the tip of the green bean, pull off the fiber as much as you can and break it into half. A good substitution is this long beans.
- Heat up the wok a little bit, you can do this with a large saute pan as well. Add 1 tbsp of oil. Just add in the long beans.
- Stir fry it for 5-8 minutes on medium low heat. What we are looking for is the skin starts burning, like some of it is doing here
- Add a pinch of salt. Because if you add the salt at the end, the meat will take most of the sodium so the green beans doesn’t get that much flavor. By adding a pinch of salt now, will be easier to control the balance.
- take the green bean out and set it aside.
- Add 1 tbsp more oil into the same wok. Put in 1 tbsp of mince garlic, 1 tsp of minced ginger, and dry hot chilies. You can adjust the spiciness level ad you like.
- Bring this to fragrant. So it will infuse every thing else. Then go in the ground pork and the minced shrimp, let it cook a little bit. If you are vegetarian, you can just skip this part or use mushrooms and tofu. It is going to cook really fast. So just stir fry for about 2 minutes.
- Add the long beans back to the wok. Put in all your seasoning. 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of dark soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar, 1/2 tsp of salt. Mix every thing together. You are done...

Chili Cheese Crunchwrap Supreme on the Griddle - So dang easy and delicious!
If you love the Crunchwrap Supreme from Taco Bell and you want a fun new crunch wrap to make on the griddle, then you've got to try this Chili Cheese Crunchwrap Supreme! Made with leftover chili and Fritos corn chips, this easy griddle recipe takes the Crunchwrap Supreme to a whole new level of goodness!
We like a thicker chili, so ours was perfect for this easy flat top grill recipe, but if you're leftover chili is thinner or more soup-like, no problem... Just add it to a skillet and allow it to reduce a bit to thicken up.
Then, lay a large burrito size tortilla on your cutting board and add a mound of shredded cheddar cheese. Top it with a big scoop of chili and add Fritos on top, making sure that all the ingredients are in the center of the tortilla so that you can wrap it up.
Then add your favorite chili, chips, and cheese toppings like black olives, diced tomatoes, jalapenos, and green onion. To finish it off, I spread an even layer of sour cream on one side of a small tortilla and flipped it upside down on top of the other ingredients. The sour cream helped to act like a glue to hold all of the other ingredients in place, and then I just wrapped it up like a normal Crunchwrap Supreme and toasted it on the griddle.
One of the easiest and most flavorful griddle recipes I've ever made! If you're a Taco Bell Crunchwrap fan, then you're got to try it!

Chili Cheese Dogs on the Griddle
These chili cheese hotdogs on the griddle are made with an incredible beer cheese! If you want a fantastic backyard cookout recipe to make on your flat top grill, then try these easy chili cheese dogs!
The beer cheese dip is similar to the cheese fondue that you would get at The Melting Pot… with a garlic-y, cheese flavor with just a hint of beer… I highly suggest you have some soft pretzel bites on hand to dip also!
Start by making a rue in a saucepan on the griddle by combining 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of flour. Whisk that together and let it cook a few minutes, then add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
Let the garlic become fragrant, and then add 1/2 cup of heavy cream or half and half (we used half and half because that’s what we already had in the fridge). Then add a splash of soy sauce, a splash of Worcestershire sauce, and about 1 teaspoon of ground mustard.
Cook that down just a bit and then add in 3 cups of freshly shredded cheese. We used a mixture of medium and sharp cheddar and a bit of pepper jack. Let that cheese melt until you get a consistency you like, stirring often. If you need your beer cheese dip to be thicker, then add more cheese. If you want it to be thinner, then add more beer or heavy cream. We actually added in another cup of shredded cheddar (so 4 cups total).
When the cheese is almost done, add a bit of oil to your griddle and then cook your hot dots on the flat top until they’re heated through and the skin gets a little crispy.
Serve the beer cheese dip immediately to avoid it clumping up… if you need to, you can also reheat it so that it remelts again.
Hope you enjoy this easy chili cheese dog recipe on the Pit Boss, Blackstone, or Camp Chef flat top grill! And happy Memorial Day!
