Keto Flourless Royal Walnut Cake
Pan size: two 6-inch round pans
INGREDIENTS
4 large egg yolks
1 teaspoon (5mL) vanilla extract
½ cup (100g) granulated erythritol
½ cup (120mL) hot heavy whipping cream
2 ounces (60g) sugar-free dark chocolate ( I used Lindt 95% cocoa)
-Slowly add the hot heavy cream to temper the eggs yolks. Cook in low heat, stirring continuously until it thickens. Let it cool completely.
4 large egg whites
pinch of salt
⅓ cup (65g) granulated erythritol
1 ⅓ cups (135g) ground walnuts
-Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 20-25 minutes.
½ cup (115g) softened salted butter
ground walnuts for garnish
-Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Yields 8 slices (macros per slice)

-Cuire au four à 350 °F (177 °C) pendant 20-25 minutes.

Delicious Dates & Walnut Moist Cake Recipe
Red Dates & Walnut Moist Cake – This cake is super moist, amazingly. The fragrant is phenomenal as you can smell it from the oven and when the cake is out, the room is filled with such pleasant smell. I got hungry and couldn’t wait to dive in. Love the texture of the cake. The dates made it a little chewy and crunchy at the same time with the walnuts. I love coffee and adding into the cake is just nice for me but you can definitely leave it out by just adding hot water. I made the eggless version as well. Honestly I can’t tell the difference. Ingredients:
I used a loaf pan of 20 x 10 x 7.5cm
250g [2 cups] red dates
85g [1 cup] walnuts
60g [¼ cup] butter
6g [1 tbsp] espresso coffee OR 6g [2 tsp] instant coffee (optional)
120g [½ cup] hot water
4g [1 tsp] baking soda
150g [¾ cup] castor sugar
1 large egg OR 60g [¼ cup] plain yogurt
225g [1¾ cup + 1 tbsp] self-raising flour
¼ tsp salt
Instruction:
1. Preheat oven at 170°C/340°F.
2. Lightly chop the dates and walnuts. Set them aside.
3. Brew some espresso coffee with hot water. You can also use instant coffee powder for your convenience or preference. You can also omit the coffee totally if you don’t desire coffee.
4. In a large mixing bowl, add in the chopped dates, baking soda, butter and sugar. Add in the hot water espresso mixture. Mix until the butter is melted. Set aside for cooling.
5. In another bowl, sift the flour and salt.
6. Back to the dates and coffee mixture. The mixture should be cooled by now. Add 1 egg into it. Mix until well combined.
Egg substitute: add in the plain yogurt instead. Mix until well combined.
7. Add in the sift ingredients in 2 batches. Mix until combined, do not over mix.
8. Add in the walnuts.
9. Transfer the batter into the prepared pan, greased and lined with parchment paper.
10. With a spatula, spread the batter evenly. Add some chopped walnuts on top.
11. Bake in preheated oven at 170°C/340°F for 50-60 minutes. If you notice the top start to crack, you may turn down the temperature to 160°C/320°F (depending on individual oven).
12. Remove cake from the pan, let it cool completely before slicing.

Dates & Walnut Cake With Ragi | No Sugar | Eggless | Healthy | Finger Millet Recipe| Culinary Aromas
Sharing a very healthy cake recipe with Ragi, Dates and Walnuts! Snack on this cake guilt free as it has no extra sugar added! It is sweetened only with dates and has all the goodness of Ragi/Finger Millet. It turns out very soft, moist and delicious!

Apple Spice Walnut Cake (Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Grain-free)
In this video, I share a recipe I adapted from my incredibly popular pumpkin spice cake on my blog. And it's just as yummy!!
Apple Spice Cake:
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup and 1 tbsp coconut flour
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
4 eggs, whisked
1/2 cup maple syrup
2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 cup finely chopped apple
WALNUT TOPPING:
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tbsp coconut sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350oF. Line an 8-inch square or round cake pan with parchment paper or grease with coconut oil.
2. In a large bowl, combine the coconut flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, baking powder and baking soda.
3. In a medium bowl, combine whisked eggs, maple syrup, applesauce and extra-virgin olive oil. Pour wet ingredients into large bowl with coconut flour mixture. Fold in chopped apple.
4. Pour into cake pan and sprinkle with chopped walnuts and coconut sugar. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a fork inserted comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes and then remove from pan and cool for 5 more minutes before slicing. Serve with ice cream.
5. Store up to a week in the fridge.
