How To make Four Dead In O Hi O Chili
3/4 c Olive oil
5 Garlic cloves, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 Pepper, red bell, chopped
2 Zucchini, chopped
2 Carrots, chopped
2 Celery stalks, chopped
35 oz Tomatoes, canned (28 oz?)
1 1/2 lb Tomatoes, fresh ripe
3 tb Chili powder
1 tb Cumin
1 tb Basil
1 tb Oregano
2 ts Pepper
1 ts Salt
6 oz Beer, flat
1/2 c Parsley, chopped
12 oz Kidney beans
12 oz Garbanzo beans
1/4 c Dill, fresh, chopped
2 ts Lemon juice
Cheese, shredded Sour cream Sunflower seeds Heat 1/4 cup olive oil in a skillet. Add garlic, onion, and red pepper, and saute. In a second pot, put remaining oil and saute zucchini, carrots, and celery. Add ingredients from the first pot. Add tomatoes, spices, beer, and parsley. Cook for 30 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally. Add beans, dill, and lemon juice. Cook 15 minutes longer, stirring. Add more chili powder if needed. Serve topped with cheese, sour cream, and sunflower seeds.

COPYCAT Original Coney Island Hot Dog Meat Chili Sauce Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 to 1 1/2 cups water - add 1 cup at first and add as needed
1/2 cup finely diced onion
2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup ketchup or tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. celery salt
sprinkle of cayenne powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
salt to taste
Put all ingredients in cold pan and stir to combine.
You want the ground beef to separate into small granules.
Turn heat to med high and bring to simmer.
Turn down to low simmer and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Add water as needed to the consistancy that you like.

Glazed Potato Veggies
Ingredients:
Potatoes 2 kg
Corn Flour 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Ketchup 1 cup
Water 2 cups
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
salt 1 tsp / to taste
white pepper powder 1/2 tsp
red chili powder ½ tsp
red chili flakes 1 tbsp
chili sauce 3 tbsp
soy sauce 2 tbsp
capsicum cubes 1/2 cup
onion cubes 1/2 cup
prepared French fries
Directions:
1. Cut the potatoes into fries. Transfer them into the bowl and add corn flour. Coat them well in corn flour.
2. Deep fry them over medium flame until 80-85% done. Set aside.
3. In a pan heat oil and add garlic. Cook for a minute.
4. Now add ketchup, water and mix well.
5. Add white pepper powder, salt, red chili powder, red chili flakes, chili sauce, soy sauce and cook until starts to simmer.
6. Add capsicum, onion and cook for 1-2 minutes.
7. Now add prepared French fries and coat them well in sauce.
8. Your glazed potato veggies are ready. Garnish them with sesame seeds and green coriander and enjoy.
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 20-25 mins

2 lbs Ground Beef (I used 80/20)
1 Large Yellow Onion
4 Cloves Garlic
Adobo Spice to Taste and Ground Pepper
1/2 lb Maple Bacon (precooked in the pressure cooker and drained)
4 Bell Peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
3-4 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
3/4 Cups of Stock or Water (I used Ginger Miso Broth from Trader Joe's)
3 Stalks Chopped Celery
1 or 2 14.5 oz Cans of Bush's Chili Beans - Pinto Low Sodium
1 14.5 oz Can Del Monte Zesty Style Diced Tomatoes
1 15 oz Can Hunt Fire Roasted Tomatoes with Garlic
1 6 oz Can of Tomato Paste
1/2 Package McCormick's Chili Seasoning Low Sodium Mild
1/4 Cup Mole
2 Tablespoons Gochujang
3 oz Bourbon
1/2 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Dry Oregano
1 Tablespoon Cumin
Chili Powder to Taste
Garnish:
1/2 lb of Maple Bacon cooked in oven (crispy)
Pickled Jalapeno Peppers
Sour Cream
Blended Shredded Cheese of Choice
Corn Bread
Cook time: 20 minutes - Total Cook Time about 60 Minutes (pressure, cook, release about 20 min each)
Release: Natural (do NOT do a quick release)
