How To make Fresh Blueberry Cake (Kh)
5 T Butter
2 1/4 c Flour
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
3/4 c Milk
2 t Baking powder
1 t Vanilla
1 t Cinnamon
2 c Fresh blueberries
Sprinkled with a little Sugar
Preheat oven to 450. Grease 9" springform pan. In mixing bowl, cut 4 tablespoons butter into flour and sugar. When thoroughly mixed, take out 3/4 cup of mixture and set aside. To mixture remaining in bowl, add eggs, milk, baking powder and vanilla. Beat thoroughly until batter is smooth and not grainy.
Pour batter into prepared pan; spread batter up around sides of pan, completely lining pan and forming a hollow in center of pan. Place blueberries in hollow. Add 1 tablespoon butter and cinnamon to reserved 3/4 cup flour mixture; work mixture with fingers until crumbly. Sprinkle crumbs on top of berries. Bake for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 20 minutes more. Serve warm or cold.

- 3 1/2 cups flour not 4 1/2
- 1 tbs yeast
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 + 1/4 cups water
- 2 medium eggs
For the measurements please make sure you measure accurately. Measurement is very important, take your time to get correct & exact measurement.
Don’t miss the kneading process also, it creates a springy and elastic dough.

Dough made with bread flour absorbs slightly more liquid due to the flour's higher protein level
In this case when your dough turns out to be too thick try adding a little water to reach the consistency, and when it’s too watery add little flour

Healthy Lemon Cake | New Year Special
Hi Guys in today’s video I will show you How to make a Healthy Lemon Cake. In this recipe I have used healthy flours such as Rice Flour and Wheat Flour and also raw cane sugar. This cake has a really dense texture with a nice tart flavour. The detailed recipe is below and for the method follow the instructions in the video:
Lemon Cake
1. ½ Cup Rice Flour
2. ½ Cup Wheat Flour
3. 2 tbsp Semolina
4. ¼ Cup Coconut flakes ( fresh ones taste better).
5. 3 tbsp unsalted Butter
6. ¾ Cup raw cane sugar
7. 3 small or 2 large eggs
8. Zest of one lemon
9. Juice of one lemon
10. 1 tsp vanilla lemon
11. ¼ Cup Milk
12. ¼ tsp Salt
13. ½ tsp Baking Powder
14. Pinch of Baking Soda
Cream Cheese Frosting:
110 gms Cream Cheese (cold)
80 gms butter (room temperature but not melting)
2 tbsp Honey for this receipe
Soak the cake with Raw Cane Sugar and Warm milk ( ¼ cup milk and 2 tsp cane sugar).
Pre-heat the oven at 175 degrees for 5-8 minutes and then bake the cake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until the tooth pick inserted in centre of the cake comes out clean.
