- 14-oz can 1 cn Frozen Lemonade concentrate;
- 6-oz can, thawed, - undiluted 1 ct Frozen whipped topping;
- 8-oz container, thawed 2 9-Inch prepared graham
- cracker crusts Garnishes; lemon slices, - fresh mint Fold sweetened condensed milk and lemonade concentrate into whipped topping; spoon into crusts. Freeze until firm. Garnish, if desired. RECIPE
1 can sweetened evaporated milk
1 can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 block cream cheese
1 tub cool whip
2 graham cracker pie crusts
Mix first four ingredients until thoroughly combined
Pour into to two pie crusts
Cover and put in freezer until hardened
Enjoy!

She sent me a video from B Dylan Hollis where he made this Cheat Lemon Pie (a recipe he got out of the 1979 Women's Circle) and OH MY, you know I had to try it. Spoiler alert, if you like puckering-good lemon desserts, this one will be your jam!

Cheaters Lemonade Pie
Ingredients:
2 premade graham cracker crusts
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 can of frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 tub cool whip
Directions:
Combine the can sweetened condensed milk and thawed lemonade until smooth.
Fold in the tub of cool whip.
Pour into your prepared crust.

Hope all of you are doing well, staying Safe and Healthy!
It’s Summertime my Friends, so today I am making a Refreshing Dessert that would be perfect for the Summer Months, Frozen Lemonade Pie!
Delicious, full of Lemon flavor, and the best part: No Oven, Hand Mixer, or Stand Mixer Required!!
This Pie will be awesome to serve at your BBQ Cookouts, Fish Frys, and Family Reunions, everyone will enjoy this decedent Dessert!!

Crust
30 Lemon Creme Oreos, finely crushed
5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Lemonade Filling
6 oz (half of 12 fluid oz) can (3/4 cup) frozen lemonade or pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
3 cups fresh whipped cream + 1/2 tsp pure lemon extract (in the whipped cream)
1 tbsp lemon zest
Yellow food coloring, optional
Whipped Cream and Lemon Zest, for garnish
For the Crust:
Grease a 9-inch deep dish pie plate with cooking spray and set aside. In a large bowl, add crushed Oreos and melted butter; stir until well combined. Pour crust mixture into the pie plate and press evenly and firmly into the bottom and sides. Place the crust into the freezer and chill for 30 minutes.
For the Filling
In a large bowl, add and lemonade concentrate and sweetened condensed milk; stir or fold together until well combined. Next add in whipped cream, lemon zest and food coloring (if using); and fold until well incorporated. Pour filling into the chilled Oreo crust and spread into a evenly layer. Put the pie in the freezer and let it firm chill overnight. The next day, decorate the pie with lemon zest on top then pipe the sides with whipped cream using a 1M star piping tip. Serve and enjoy!

Cream Cheese Lemonade Pie -- Holiday Food Series -- No Bake
Cream Cheese Lemonade Pie
• 1 5 oz can Evaporated milk
• 1 3.4 oz box of instant lemon pudding mix, one small box
• 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese
• 3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
• 1 9inch graham cracker pie shell
1. Combine a 5 oz can of evaporated milk and pudding mix in a small bowl.
2. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute (mixture will be thick).
3. In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
4. Gradually beat in lemonade concentrate.
5. Gradually beat in pudding mixture.
6. Spoon mixture into a pre-made graham cracker pie crust.
7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
I used a 12 oz can of frozen lemonade concentrate. I thawed it out and added ¾ cup to the recipe. Do not add any extra water to the lemonade concentrate
