How To make Fruit Filled Spritz
1 c Butter
1/2 ts Almond extract
1 c Sugar
4 c Sifted flour
1/2 c Brown sugar; packed
1/2 ts Soda
3 Eggs
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Vanilla
Fruit-nut-filling: 1/2 c Water
1/2 c Candied cherries; finely cho
1/2 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Cut dates
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1 ts Orange rind
Cream butter; add sugars gradually. Beat in eggs and extracts. Blend in sifted dry ingredients; chill. Make FruitNut Filling: Combine water, sugar, dates and orange rind. cook until thickened; stir; add cherries and nuts; cool. Knead dough in hands until soft and pliable. Press dough through cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheets. (Use the saw-toothed shaped cookie press plate.) StrIPS OF DOUGH SHOULD BE 10" LONG AND 2" APART. Spread filling down center of each strip. Use cookie press to cover filling with another strip of dough. Bake at 375 degrees about 12 minutes. Cut into 1-1/4" bars immediately. Makes about 8 dozen. - 1 scoop spritz float - Recipe:
- 200 ml prosecco
- 1 orange
METHOD
- Make the decorations for the floats. Peel the orange, cut off the side to get a straight strip. Then cut it in half and twist each strip to make swirls
- Scoop the spritz sorbet in a glass. Checkout my video on how to make this delicious sorbet:

- Decorate with the swirls we made.

RECIPE:
Fill a glass with ice (or better yet one of my festive ice cubes from my earlier Reel!). Add 2 ounces Aperol, 1 ounce pomegranate juice, and top with Prosecco. I never bother with the club soda ????

Does spritz season ever really end? ????
This Pomegranate Aperol Spritz is the perfect cocktail for the holidays, and super easy to make a batch for guests!
INGREDIENTS
3 fl. oz. Aperol
1 1⁄2 fl. oz. Pomegranate juice
4 fl. oz. Prosecco
1 splash sparkling water
1 small orange or clementine wedge
1/2 cups Ice
HOW TO
1. Fill a glass with ice. Pour Aperol and pomegranate juice over the ice. Stir.
2. Pour prosecco and top with a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with an orange or clementine slice.
*To make a batch cocktail, mix Aperol and pomegranate juice based on the number of people coming in a large pitcher. Right before guests arrive add the Prosecco and sparkling water. Have ice and orange wedges nearby for guests to pour themselves a drink. ????

Ingredients:
3cl Taylor's LBV
2cl Campari
1cl Red fruits Vinegar
1 barspoon Cherry jam
6cl Brut Champagne
3cl Soda
Preparation: Fill the glass with ice. Add Taylor's LBV, campari, Red fruits Vinegar and cherry jam. Stir well. Then, add the champagne and the soda.
Garnish: cranberries and rosemary
Glass: White wine

Aperol Spritz Jello Shots: Recipe
An adapted recipe from punchdrink.com that takes the classic Aperol Spritz and turns it into a party. The result is a sweet orange flavor with a little bitterness from the Aperol.
Ingredients:
⅓ cup Liber & Co. Classic Gum Syrup
⅔ cup Aperol
⅓ cup orange juice (pulp free)
1 cup prosecco
⅓ cup water (near boiling)
7 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
hollowed orange halves
Instructions:
Add all ingredients except the gelatin to a mixing glass
Whisk in the gelatin while stirring
Fill orange halves to top
Place in fridge to chill and set for 2 hours
Once chilled, cut halves into slices
