Rum (or juice of choie) 100ml+-
Unsalted butter 90g / 8Tbsp
Sugar 70g / 1/3cup
Whole egg 2(55g+- per egg)
Sea salt 1.5g / 1/4tsp
Cake flour 150g / 1cup+1Tbsp
Baking powder 1.5 / 1/2tsp
Fresh milk 40ml
Vanilla extract 1/2tsp
Orange zest 1tsp
Pan size 21x6x8cm
Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 40-50 minutes

Easy And Moist Holiday Fruit Cake!!
Everyone loves this cake that I prepared during Holidays. Super moist and easy to make kind of fruit cake but without alcohol which is child friendly.
Here's what you'll need:
2 cups of any candied fruits
1/3 cup apple juice (80ml)
1/2 cup butter (110g) room temp
3/4 cup dark brown sugar (150g)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5ml)
2 tablespoons honey (30g)
2 tablespoons oil (30ml)
1 and 1/2 cup plain flour or all purpose flour(190g)
1 tsp baking powder (5g)
1/2 tsp nutmeg (2g)
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder(2g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1 cup of any dried nuts
2 tsp of lemon zest
1/3 cup apple juice

Mixed nut's - 1/3 cup (50 gram)
Mixed dry fruits - 1/2 cup (75 gram)
Red cherry - 1/4 cup (35 gram)
Brown sugar - 1/2 cup (105 gram)
Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
Cloves powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Butter - 2 tbs (28 gram)
Fresh orange Juice - 1/2 cup (120 gram)
Orange rined - 1 tsp
Egg - 1 piece (50 gram)
Vanilla - 1/2 tsp
Flour - 1/2+1/4 cup (98 gram)
B.Soda - 1/2 tsp
বিঃদ্র - কেউ চাইলে বাটারের পরিবর্তে একই মাপে তেলও ব্যাবহার করতে পারেন,ব্রাউন সুগার এর পরিবর্তে রেগুলার চিনিও ব্যাবহার করতে পারেন (তবে সেখেত্রে টেস্ট /কালার একটু ভিন্ন আসবে)

* Bake in 180℃ / 356℉ preheated oven for about 45~50 mins
???? Ingredients | cake pan size 7.5*15.5*6.5cm
⚡ Cake Batter
▷ butter (room temperature) 90g
▷ sugar 90g
▷ beaten egg (room temperature) 75g
▷ cake flour 90g
▷ baking powder 1g (1/4tsp)
▷ dried fruits 135~145g (Must check what you must follow????)
▷ roasted walnuts 30g
** Refer it) How to make roasted walnuts
⚡ Syrup
▷ sugar 10g
▷ water 18g
▷ rum (or brandy, orange liquor) 23g
✨ If you don’t have rum or any liquor
???? Mix and melt 18g of sugar + 33g of water
⚡ About Using Dried Fruits
* Can use any dried fruits you already have like raisins, cranberries, apricots, orange peel, prune.
* Tip : for color – You should use cranberries(pink) and apricots(yellow) properly.
1. If you have dried fruits soaked in rum for a long time (soaked more than 1 week)
▷ dried fruits soaked in rum 70g
▷ dried fruits not soaked in rum 75g
** This case, should follow what I’m showing in the video **
** If you want to make soaked dried fruits in rum more than 1 month ???? Wash dried fruits in warm water, drain, put in a clean food container. And, Pour enough rum to cover the dried fruits.
2. If you DON’t have dried fruits soaked in rum
????When you prepare a day ago)
Wash total 135g of dried fruit in warm water, drain, pour 40g of rum and mix and store it overnight.

3. If you DON’t have any LIQUOR like rum, brandy, orange liquor.
Wash total 135g of dried fruits in warm water, drain, and soak in ‘Earl Gray black tea’ or ‘orange juice’ for 15 to 20 mins, after then remove the moist with paper towel and use it.

???? How to keep it
* Put it in a food container or zipper bag and store it fridge for 3 days.
After 3 days, get it back to room temperature, and enjoy it.
You can keep it about 2 weeks at room temperature.
It’s getting moister as time goes by.
