How to make the tastiest Choco fudge cake!
-Mix the ingredients as per the package.
-How make mousse please check my previous video.
-100 ml vegetable oil
-250 ml water
-3 medium eggs
-1 tbsp Xpresso liqueur cafe cognac????
Method:
MIX-cake mix, oil,water, eggs in a bowl and beat in low speed for 30 seconds, increase speed to medium for further 2 minutes,
--Spread little butter and dust flour to the mould
-Pour into mould
BAKE- at 180c as instructed below or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
COOL-for 10 minutes, remove the cake from the pan by scraping side of pan using knife
SLICE-make sure that the cake is completely cooled before slicing otherwise it will break easily
-Slice the cake into two equal layers, using thread or a long serrated knife
-Spread mousse filling sprinkle Xpresso liqueur cafe cognac (optional)
-Add the top layer of the cake
-Sprinkle sugar dust
-Enjoy
Chocolate Fudge Layer Cake (egg less recipe)
Voilà the wait is over! The scrumptious, luscious and rich chocolate layer fudge cake recipe is here. There are couple of other recipe too for the fudge cake that I have tried but the amazing thing about this recipe is an eggless fudge cake. Ooo yeah i didn't use any egg in this recipe still it has very soft, moist and rich texture.This is the Perfect Chocolate Fudge Layer Cake.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup vegetable oil equals to 158 ml
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Bar 8 oz. , broken into pieces equals to 230 gram
1-1/2 cups sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups water NOT hot must be at room temperature.
Direction:
1. Heat oven to 350°F or 180°C . Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans; line bottoms with wax paper. I used silicon pan so i didn't dust with flour or line with wax paper. But you must do this.
2. Place chocolate in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is melted when stirred; COOL slightly. You can also melt chocolate at double boiler.
3. Stir and sift together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add melted chocolate, water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; beat on medium speed of mixer until well blended. Pour into prepared pans.
4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10-15 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks.It must be Cool completely before removing from the pan otherwise it will stick to your pan or will break beacuze it is sooo much soft and tender so you have to deal it like a baby :)
Frost as desired. I frosted it with chocolate cream cheese whipped cream. For the recipe of frosting just wait a while i will upload it with demonstration. just a little wait :)
Makes 12 servings.
Key Notes:
1. Dont use Hot Water.
2. Must Seive the Dry ingredients.
3. Melted Chocolate must be Cool slightly.
4. Dont try to remove the cake before cooling it completly.
5. Must greese and dust the pan with flour or cocoa powder and must use wax paper.
6. Before Frosting must freeze the cake sponges after applying milk on it and wrap airtightly. When you have to
frost them just remove from the freezer and frost them as it. Dont thaw them.

CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE | EGGLESS DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE
This is made out of a chocolate cake sponge frosted with a delicious chocolate fudge frosting! It’s truly divine!
Here are the ingredients -
For the sponge - (all things at room temp)
150 gram yogurt/ plain fresh curd
150 ml milk
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
240 gm all purpose flour/ maida
240 gm powdered sugar
60 gm unsweetened cocoa powder
120 gm butter (I used regular salted butter)
1 tsp coffee powder
Chocolate fudge frosting -
110 gm butter at room temp
30 gm unsweetened cocoa powder
120 gm powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
150 gm melted chocolate (Use good quality dark chocolate for best results!)
120 gm fresh cream
