How To make Grilled Corn with Spicy Butters
6 Ears Of Fresh Corn/Husks
BUTTERS:
CHILE LIME SPREAD:
1/2 c Margarine Or Butter;Softened
1/2 ts Grated Lime Peel
3 tb Lime Juice
Red Chiles; Ground, To Taste PESTO BUTTER:
1/2 c Margarine Or Butter;Softened
1 c Fresh Basil Leaves;LoosePack
1 tb Scallion; Chopped
1 ts Lemon Juice
1/4 ts Salt
HORSERADISH BUTTER:
1/2 c Margarine Or Butter;Softened
Prepared Red Horseradish; * 1/4 ts Salt
* Use 2 to 3 tablespoonfuls of the red horseradish or to taste. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Remove the large outer husks from the corn turning back the inner husks, remove the silks. Spread each ear with about 2 tb of the butter mixture of your choice. Pull the inner husks back over the corn and butter and secure with fine wire so that the husks are tight against the ear. Grill the corn 3 inches from medium coals, turning frequently, until done, about 20 to 30
minutes. Serve with the remaining butter of your choice. FLAVORED BUTTERS: Combine all ingredients for each butter in a work bowl of a food processor or blender and process until very smooth. Scrape into a small dish and serve with the corn. OVEN ROASTED CORN: Heat the oven to 475 degrees F. Prepare the corn as above, but place in an ungreased jelly roll pan 15 1/2 X 10 1/2 X 1-inch. Turn frequently until done, about 30 to 35 minutes.

Ingredients
12 ears corn on the cob, husks pulled down and silks removed
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup Sweet Mustard Compound Butter
1/2 cup Spicy Mustard Compound Butter
Directions
RUB the ears with the olive oil.
PLACE the ears on the grill and cook until the corn is golden or charred - whichever you prefer - turning the ears as you go. Remove them from the grill and let cool slightly.
SERVE with the butter and slather it on!
Corn recipe/ creamy Garlic Butter Corn

INGREDIENTS
3 corn
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. roasted vegetables cream cheese
2 tbsp. chives and onions cream cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. Old bay seasoning
Mix all these ingredients well and apply to the corn all over be generous with this mixture guys and place corn in baking dish. If you have any remaining mixture add it to the sauce.
To make the Garlic sauce
add butter to pan then 2 tbsp butter
add 1/2 medium onion sauteed
add 4 cloves garlic mince
add 3 tbsps. fresh parsley
1 tsp. pepper flakes
and cook for about 2 minutes then add
add 1 1/2 cup of heavy cream
Add 1 tbsp chicken bouillon and stir well give a taste , make sure it is right for you then bring to a simmer. pour this creamy sauce over the corn , cover with foil paper and bake in oven for about 40- 50 minutes.
When finish place corn on serving tray or a plate and pour the sauce over the corn and served.

Serves 3
INGREDIENTS
3 ears of corn, hulled
3 wooden skewers
¼ cup melted butter
½ cup mayo
2 cups cotija cheese
3 teaspoons chili powder
PREPARATION
Boil the corn for about 5 minutes.
Push a skewer through the middle of each ear of corn.
Drain, then brush them evenly with the melted butter.
Spread a bit of mayo all over each ear of corn.
Scoop the cotija cheese generously on the corn, making sure it covers all sides.
Sprinkle a little bit of the chili powder evenly across the corn.
Serve!
