How To make Have It Your Way Seafood Casserole
6 ounces Pasta or noodles
1/2 cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 cup Milk or white wine
1 can Condensed cream soup
1 cup Cheddar or Am.cheese
shreddd
1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard or dillweed
8 ounces Canned tuna,shrimp :
OR crab
Select mushroom, shrimp or cheese cream soup. Cook pasta or noodles according to directions. Drain and set aside. Combine mayonnaise with milk OR white wine. Stir in soup, cheese and seasoning. Gently stir in the cooked pasta or noodles and drained fish or seafood. Pour into a 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with Crunchy Topping. Bake 5 minutes more. CRUNCHY TOPPING Combine 1 cup soft bread crumbs and 2 T. melted butter. OR, use 1 C. crushed potato chips. OR, toast 1/2 C. slivered almonds. OR, use canned French Fried Onion Rings OR chow mein noodles.

Best Seafood Casserole ever! I came up with this recipe 25 years ago and have made over 1000 of these! There is nobody that doesn't love these!
Seafood Casserole
Very Easy and delicious. This recipe will BLOW YOUR MIND. It is so good you will think you are eating at a 5 star Seafood restaurant. Recipe below
Ingredients
Salmon
Cod
Shrimp
Potatoes
garlic
whole milk
salt and pepper
Aged white Cheddar 1 1/2 cups shredded
Spinach Optional
Prepare mashed potatoes as you like suing one cup cheddar
In a large saucepan place your fish and two whole cloves of garlic peeled. Cover with 2 and half cups whole milk, bring to a simmer and poach for 3 or 4 minutes. Remove fish and place in baking dish. Reserve the milk. Remove the skin from the salmon and break fish into chunks. Steam spinach and place over fish. Make a béchamel sauce by melting 14 cup butter and 2 TBSP flour. Mix and cook one minute. pour in reserved milk. Season to taste and pour over fish. Top with mashed potatoes smooth out and top with cheese bake at 400 F for 20 minutes then broil for another 2 minutes. SO Freaking Good.
