This video is very fitting because I made these Queen's Surf banana muffins (bread) to be eaten on the very beach that they were named after. Last night I attended the premiere of the second season of Hawaii Five-0. I added photos at the end of the stars. I hope you enjoy them. I had the most fantastic time. I'm tired.
Per Sandi/iwalk4tnt: Here's the online answer for the flour substitution: The general rule of substitution is 1 cup of all purpose flour minus 2 tablespoons (1c -- 2tbsp) is equivalent to 1 cup of cake flour. The difference is the amount of protein in one v. the other. Some advocate using 1 cup of all purpose flour minus 2 tablespoons plus 2 tbsp cornstarch as a substitute for cake flour. But going out and buying cake flour (or all purpose) is always going to be your best bet.
Thanks again to Sand.
