????INGREDIENTS:
◾️8 oz chocolate (I use 60% Ghirardelli), 226 g
◾️1/4 cup unsalted butter
◾️3/4 cup granulated sugar
◾️2 eggs, room temp
◾️1 tbsp vanilla
◾️1 cup all-purpose flour
◾️2 tsp baking powder
◾️1/4 tsp salt
Bake at 350 degrees F for 9-11 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¾ tsp salt
1 cup milk chocolate chips, divided
3 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp 2% milk
1 tbsp coffee
1 cup granulated white sugar
2 large eggs
~Optional~
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds)
~Garnishment~
Flaky sea salt
Method:
I. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C) and place your oven rack in the middle position.
II. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
III. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined. This creates your dry mix. Set aside.
IV. Whisk and melt 2/3 cups of the chocolate chips, canola oil, and butter in a saucepot over medium heat 350°F (176°C) until the ingredients have melted and blended. This should take about 3 minutes.
V. Whisk the milk and coffee into this chocolate mixture until well combined.
VI. Remove it from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
VII. In the bowl of a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, whisk the sugar and eggs on medium-high speed until the eggs have thickened and look pale.
VIII. Add in the melted chocolate mix and whisk this by hand until well combined.
IX. Fold in the dry mix using a rubber spatula until well incorporated.
X. Fold in the remaining 1/3 cup of chocolate chips and chopped pecans, if using for this recipe, to create the dough.
XI. Chill the dough for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator, covered in plastic wrap.
XII. Form cookie dough balls using 1 tbsp worth of the dough. You will be able to form about 20 balls of chocolate dough. The dough will be sticky!
XIII. Place them on the prepared baking sheets, spaced 3 inches apart and bake for 15 minutes, rotating the pans halfway through the baking process.
XIV. Remove from oven and allow the cookies to cool COMPLETELY for about 30 min.
XV. Sprinkle each cookie with Flaky sea salt. Serve and Enjoy!
Tips & Variations: If using chopped nuts, roast them for a bit in the oven to bring out more flavor!

Ube butter mochi, or ube mochi brownie, is a twist off the Hawaiian butter mochi dessert. Meanwhile ube is a purple yam from the Philippines. This has the texture of mochi, combined with the flavor of ube, butter, and coconut. It’s a tasty dessert that you’ll love.

Ingredients:
5 eggs
½ cup melted butter (115g)
1 can coconut milk (400ml)
1 tbsp ube extract (
1-2 pinch salt
2 cup white sugar (200g)
1lb glutinous rice flour (must be glutinous) (
Optional: coconut flakes
1tbsp baking powder
Instructions:
1) Mix egg, melted butter, coconut milk, ube extract
2) Add glutinous rice flour, salt, sugar, baking powder
3) Stir until smooth and all clumps are gone
4) Pour in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, or butter the baking tray
5) Bake at 375F for 1 hour
6) Sprinkle coconut flakes on top and enjoy.
