Easy Yellow Cake (1 recipe) Strawberry Frosting, below Prepare Easy Yellow Cake as directed, except--pur batter into the following greased and floured baking pans: One 8-inch square and one 8-inch round or one 9-inch square and one 9-inch round. Bake as directed. After layers are cool, cut round layer in half. Place square layer on large tray and place each half of the round layer on an adjoining side to form a heart shape, trimming ends of found layer to fit, if necessary. Frost with Strawberry Frosting. StrAWBERRY FROSTING ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, softened 4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar (about 1 pound) 1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed Cream butter and sugar together in mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Drain strawberries, reserving juice. Blend strawberries into creamed mixture, adding reserved juice as needed to achieve desired spreading consistency. -----

Round Cake To Heart Shape Cake | Heart Shape Cake | Easy Cake Decorating
Whipping Cream
1 cup
Beat for 2 minute
(low speed)
Icing Sugar
3 tbsp
Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
Beat until stiff peaks
(medium speed).
(don't over beaten)
Water 3 tbsp
Sugar
1 tbsp
Mix well until
sugar dissolve. Sugar syrup ready

Slicing the cake
Cut the top of the cakes. Make crumbs from the leftovers. Keep aside
Place one cake layer. Spread sugar syrup and then whipped frosting, place the second layer of cake on top of the frosting.
Mark the line in the center (don't cut)
Again mark the line in the center of the opposite direction (don't cut)
Lastly, assemble the cake. Please watch the video.
Decoration: Decorate the cake with the cake crumbs.
Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving.

* 220g All-purpose Flour
* 300g Caster Sugar
* 45g Cocoa Powder
* 2g Baking Powder
* 3g Bicarbonate of Soda
* 1g Salt
* 2 Large Eggs
* 115g Vegetable Oil
* 225g Milk
FOR THE GANACHE
* 220g Heavy Cream
* 45g Milk
* 220g Dark Chocolate
* 200g Raspberry Puree

Ingredients for Cake Batter:
Maida - 1 and half cups
Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 cup
Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup
Thick Buttermilk - 3/4 cup
Fresh Cream - 1/4 cup
Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
Red food colour - few drops
Ingredients for White Chocolate Ganache:
Fresh Cream - 250ml
White Chocolate - 350g
Method:
1. Sieve maida, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and corn flour into a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, add sugar, butter and cream it together.
3. To this add buttermilk, fresh cream, vinegar, vanilla essennce, red food color and beat it.
4. Once wet ingredients are combine, add the dry ingredients in small quantity and mix it.
5. Once all the flour mixture is incorporated, transfer it to the cake tin that is lined and greased.
6. Pre heat the oven for 15 mins at 180C.
7. Bake the cake for 1 hour at 180C.
8. For the white chocolate ganache, heat fresh cream and chopped white chocolate.
9. Once the chocolate is melted, let it cool down for an hour.
10. Remove the top layer of the cake.
11. Spread a layer of ganache and place the another layer of cake.
12. Cover the entire cake wth the white chocolate ganache and decorate it with cake crumble.
13. Place some strawberry slices and enjoy.
