1 ea Chicken, 4 LB cut
1/2 ea Lemon
2 t Ginger, ground
1/3 c Peanut oil
1/4 c Honey
1 pn Salt
Rub the chicken pieces with lemon. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the ginger and salt. Combine oil, honey, and the remaining ginger. Brush chicken with honey mixture. Roast in oven (350 deg) 1 1/2 to 2 hours, basting occasionally with the honey mixture.

HONEY BBQ WINGS
RECIPE IN ENGLISH:
Ingredients:
Maida (flour) 2 cups
Kali mirch (black pepper) 2 tsp
Corn flour 2 tbs
Lehsun (garlic) powder 1 1/2
Namak (salt) 1 1/2 tsp
Chicken wings with skin 700 gms
Oil 1 tsp
BBQ sauce ½ cup
Shahad (honey) ¾ cup
Directions:
Wash wings well and dry them. In a zip lock bag or bowl add flour, black pepper, corn flour, and garlic powder, salt and mix well. Add chicken wings and coat them well with flour mixture.
In a wok heat oil and deep fry wings on medium flame for 6-8 minutes.
In a separate wok, add 1 tsp oil, BBQ sauce and honey, stir and mix for 30-60 sec and turn off flame. Add fried chicken wings and coat them well with the sauce. Give coal smoke. Honey Chicken Wings are ready to serve.

Chicken wings ko achi tarah dho kar dry karlen. Ek ziplock bag main maida, kali mirch, corn flour, lehsun powder aur namak mila kar achi tarah mix Karen. Saare wings bag main daalen aura chi tarah shake Karen take wings sahi se coat hojayen.
Ek karhai main oil garam Karen aur wings ko deep fry karlain.
Ek dosri karhai main 1 tsp oil main, bbq sauce aur shahad milayen aur 30-60 seconds keliye mix karke cholha band kar lain. Fried wings shamil kar kea chi tarah mix Karen take sare wings sauce se coat hojayen. Koyla ka dum dain. Honey BBQ Chicken wings tayar hain.
