Ingredients -
Chicken & Marinade -
700g (1.5lb) - Chicken Thigh (Can be substituted for chicken breast)
100g (3.5oz) - Honey (I used Manuka Honey)
85g (3oz) - Wholegrain Mustard
22g (0.7oz) - Dijon Mustard
5 - Garlic Cloves, Minced
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Remaining Ingredients -
250g (8.8oz) - Streaky Bacon, Diced
5g (0.2oz) - Flat Leaf Parsley, Roughly Chopped
5g (0.2oz) - Thyme, Roughly Chopped
125ml (4.2floz) - Chicken Stock
400ml (13.5floz) - Full Fat Cream (Whipping Cream/Heavy Cream)
Storage & Reheating Instructions -
To store this, place it into the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days and it can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
To reheat from fresh, place it into a pan over medium heat and gently heat it until hot. Note, I recommended adding a splash of fresh full fat cream to help prevent the sauce from splitting.

Serving Ideas -

Ingredients:
-Chicken (Cut in thin strips) 500 gms
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Corn flour 2 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Lal mirch kuti huee (Red chili flakes) 1 tsp
-Oil for frying
-Oil 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilies) chopped 3-4
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) White root 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Chili sauce 1 tbs
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Pani (Water) ¼ cup
-Shahad (Honey) 2 & ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1-2 pinch
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Till (Sesame seeds) Toasted
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) Stalk 1-2 tbs
Directions:
-In bowl,add chicken thin strips,all-purpose flour,corn flour,egg,salt,soy sauce and red chili flakes, mix well.
-In wok,add oil and chicken strips,fry until golden and crispy,set aside.
-In wok,add oil,garlic,red chilies and green onion white root, sauté until light brown.
-Add soy sauce,chili sauce,tomato paste and water,mix well.
-Add honey,salt and lemon juice,mix.
-Add fried chicken and mix well.
-Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onion stalk.
-Crispy honey chili chicken is ready.

-Shahad,namak aur lemon juice dal ker mix ker lein.
-Fried chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Til aur hara pyaz stalk sprinkle ker lein.
-Crispy honey chili chicken tayyar hai.

Ingredients:-
5-6 Chicken thighs with skin
2-3 cloves of Garlic
1 tbsp. Honey
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
1 tbsp. Lime or lemon juice
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil
Marinade for a minimum of 1 hour
Method:-
- In a bowl, mix honey, cayenne pepper, soy sauce, garlic, salt and lime juice together.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and refrigerate for a minimum of 60 minutes.
- Transfer to a baking tray and drizzle some vegetable oil and the marinade on it.
- Bake this at 220°C for 40 minutes flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Honey Lime Chicken is ready to eat!

INGREDIENTS
3 BONE IN SKIN ON CHICKEN THIGHS
2 chicken legs
1 tsp oregano
salt & pepper to taste ( i used about, slightly less than 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper to season the chicken.)
1/2 Tbs olive oil to season the chicken
1 medium onion
4 huge cloves of garlic
a handful of freshly chopped parsley
1 cup of baby carrots
4 large gold potatoes
2 Tbs olive oil, to sear the chicken
1 Tbs butter
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
3 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs brown sugar
1 Tbs dijon mustard
