How to make a coconut Custard Pie
This recipe is from my great great grandmother and is so easy to make. It makes it’s on crust, so if you are looking for a quick and easy dessert this is it.
Here is the recipe:
Ingredients
1/2 cup Bisquick
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 cup milk
1 (3 1/2 oz.) flaked coconut (1/2 cup)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 TBS. butter, softened
Directions
Combine all ingredients and pour into 9 inch buttered pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until custard sets.

Ingredients Needed:
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of self rising flour
1/2 stick of melted butter (4 tablespoons)
2 cups of whole butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla or lemon extract
1 cup of coconut
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes

This eggnog coconut pie will be a great addition to your holiday menu. You can make ahead and serve chilled with coconut whipped cream and top with toasted coconut. Great dessert for any occasion.
EGGNOG PIE
Pie Crust bought or homemade
1 1/2 cups sweetened, flaked coconut
2 cups of Heavy Cream ( can use store bought eggnog please see tip below)
3 egg yolks plus 1 egg
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoon rum flavoring
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tsp nutmeg

IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT PIE
INGREDIENTS:
4 large eggs (room temperature)
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
1/2 cup melted butter (unsalted)
2 cups milk
1 1/4 cups coconut
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
Add egg, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla flavoring and mix in bowl or blender. Add butter and milk until blended. Then add coconut and blend slightly. Pour into grease pie plate about 2 to 3 inches deep. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
