This super easy Quiche Recipe is so delicious and simple to make. Quiche is one of my favorites because its so versatile. It works just as well for breakfast as it does for dinner! Feel free to be creative and switch it up with your favorite cheeses, vegetables, or meats to make it perfect suit your taste!

Ingredients:
1 pie crust refrigerated
6 large eggs
3/4 cup half and half
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked ham chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
4 tbsp scallions
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F and place frozen pie dish into refrigerator to thaw.
2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
3. Once the pie crust is thawed, pierce the bottom with a fork then sprinkle the ham, scallions, and 1 cup of the mozzarella and cheddar mix into the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top and sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese on top.
4. Bake for 25 minutes covered then cover with aluminum foil for the remaining 10 minutes if the crust starts to brown too much.
5. Once the center is completely set, let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Zucchini Quiche Recipe
Making Zucchini Quiche is easier than you my think. Join me today, as we whip some up in my kitchen. I have been making this one for years, but I am always surprised how delicious it is.
Zucchini Quiche Recipe
Prepare Crust ( see my video for the perfect pie crust) or use store bought crust
Pierce bottom of crust with fork, and bake 450 F for 14 minutes or until golden
Ingredients:
Mix in one bowl
6 eggs
3/4 cup milk or cream
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
In a Separate Bowl Toss the following to coat with flour
2 cups grated Zucchini
1 cup of grated cheese ( i used med. sharp cheddar
2 Tablespoons of all purpose flour
Garlic salt and pepper
1 Tablespoon Sweet Basil
Mix wet and dry ingredients together just until blended
Pour into prepared and pre-baked crust
Bake 425F for the first 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350F and continue baking for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Ham and zucchini Quiche
Ham and zucchini Quiche is a very tasty savory pie, very simple to prepare, fast and appreciated by all! The fragrance of the puff pastry shell is broken up by the creaminess of the cheese filling, which acquires a delicate and very tasty taste with courgettes and ham.
This delicious rustic cake is excellent both warm and cold, it can also be kept for the following day, when the flavors harmonize even more and express an even more intense taste.
Ham and zucchini Quiche is an exquisite quiche to prepare in a few minutes for dinners or buffets. It is a recipe to be enjoyed all year round, but especially in the summer as it is the season for fresh courgettes.
What better recipe than a quiche with zucchini paired with cooked ham, a combination that I always like a lot because it makes it appetizing, tasty and tasty. I highly recommend it because it is simply fantastic.

Let's see how to make the Ham and zucchini Quiche.
Ingredients:
1 roll of puff pastry (round)
4-5 small zucchini
200 g of ham
200 g of “toma” or “fontina” cheese (or similar kind of cheese)
4 eggs
200 ml of milk
Salt and pepper
Method:
Unwrap the puff pastry and pose it on a round baking tray (keep the baking paper). Put in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Clean the zucchini and remove the extremities. With a potato peeler, cut the zucchini in very thin slices. Cut the cheese in thin slices. Cut the slice of ham in a way that they have the same size of the zucchini.
Take the puff pastry out from the fridge. Lay on it one slice of zucchini, one of ham, and one of cheese. Wrap it. Pose them on the puff pastry as to form a spiral.
Do the same with the other ham/zucchini/cheese.
In a bowl, put the eggs, add salt and black pepper and mix with the milk. Pour it on the puff pastry, between the ‘spiral’.
Cove with a baking paper and cook on a pre-heat over at 180 C for 40 minutes (the baking paper on the top of the pie shall be removed after 25 minutes).
Let the pie to cool down a little bit before serving it (this will help the Quiche to keep its form).
Suggestion: if you like to eat very soft zucchini, put for few seconds the zucchini slices in hot water before using.

REZEPT UND ZUTATEN:
2 Zucchini.
Salz.
Lassen Sie die Zucchini 15 Minuten ziehen.
2 große Kartoffeln.
Wasser.
Kartoffeln 10 Minuten ruhen lassen.
1 Zwiebel.
Olivenöl.
1 Karotte.
Gut mischen.
Mit einem Deckel abdecken und 5 Minuten garen.
2 Paprika.
Fein hacken.
Mit einem Deckel abdecken und weitere 3-5 Minuten garen.
Wasser aus Zucchini entfernen.
Vergessen Sie nicht, das Gemüse umzurühren!
Wasser aus den Kartoffeln entfernen.
Gemüse ist fertig.
Mais 200 gr. / 1 Tasse.
Schnittlauch.
Petersilie.
2 Eier.
Salz. Schwarzer Pfeffer.
Gut mischen.
Mehl 200 gr. / 1 Tasse.
Mehl nach und nach zugeben.
Gut mischen!
Sonnenblumenöl.
Die Mischung gut verteilen.
Im Ofen bei 200°C (400°F) 30 Minuten backen. Käse 100 gr. / 1/2 Tasse.
Mayonnaise 2 Esslöffel.
Griechischer Joghurt 3 Esslöffel
Knoblauch.
Dill.
