How To make King Arthur's Oysters
2 tb Butter, melted
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/2 c Dry sherry
1 c A-1 Steak sauce
2 tb Flour
3 tb Water
24 Oysters
Salt & Pepper In medium saucepan, combine butter, lemon juice, sherry, and steak sauce. Cook over low heat. Blend flour and water together. Slowly stir into sauce being careful not to let boil. Add oysters to sauce and heat for 1 minute. Adjust seasonings to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to chafing dish to keep warm. If oysters are to be eaten immediately they can be placed in a shallow baking or serving dish. Ingredients:
3 pcs Saba fish and salmon ( seasoning for fish ) salt taste
chicken salt or ( magic sarap seasoning ) to taste
onion powder taste
garlic to taste
ginger to taste
black pepper to taste
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
FOR SAUTEING
olive oil
1 medium onion finely chopped
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
celery finely chopped ( it depends on you how much you want to put )
2 medium carrots finely chopped
crush peppercorns ( sprinkle )
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 eggs beaten

Pork Barbecue (Filipino Style)
LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs Pork Butt, cut thinly sliced
2 lbs Pork Intestine
2 lbs Pork Ears
Barbecue Marinade (for 2 lbs/1 kilo meat)
½ cup Soy sauce
½ cup Banana ketchup
¼ cup Oyster sauce
1 tsp. Garlic powder
¼ cup Seasoning
¼ cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Black Pepper
¼ cup Calamansi juice or lemonjuice
*Barbecue Sticks
*Griller
Basting Sauce
Banana ketchup
Soy sauce
Calamansi or lemon
Seasoning
Cooking oil
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl
2. Add the pork and marinate overnight for best results
3. Carefully put on sticks. Put sticks on water to prevent the barbecuesticks from getting burn easily
4. Cook 3 minutes per side and baste from time to time
5. Cook until you reached your desired doneness
6. Serve with spicy vinegar dipping sauce
