A homemade filling made with ground beef, onions, and mashed potatoes is stuffed into a homemade buttery pie crust. Everyone, adults and children, will love this pie???? Easy Chicken in 1 HOUR: Oven Barbecued Chicken LEGS –
Portions: 1 large pie (11-inches / 30 см), 8-10 pieces
Ingredients:
230 g cold unsalted butter
340 g all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
125 ml ice water
1 small egg
1 tbsp olive oil
500 g minced beef meat + 3 medium onions + 1.5 tsp salt + 1 tsp paprika
4 large potatoes + 3 medium onions + 2 tbsp heavy cream + 1 tsp salt
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, grate cold butter and mix with the flour. Add 1 tsp salt.
2. Add ice water and stir again slightly to combine water with flour.
3. Fold and roll out the dough 3 – 4 times. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
4. Then take out the dough, and roll out to the same thickness 1 см. Prepare a baking dish, line it with parchment. Using a rolling pin, transfer the dough to the mold, cut off the edges of the dough that are hanging down, it will come in handy for decorating the cake on top. Spread the egg white on the base of the pie, this will help keep the pie from getting wet.
5. For the filling: wash the potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces, cook for 30 minutes or until soft. Season with salt and mash the potatoes, add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream and mix well. Fry the finely chopped onion until transparent and add to the potatoes. Mix well.
Salt the minced meat, add black pepper and paprika. Blend the onion in a blender and add to the minced meat, mix well.
6. Preheat oven to 180℃ (355°F).
7. Lay out the meat filling and then the potato filling. Decorate the top of the pie with the remaining dough, pre-cut into strips using a dough cutter, or simply cover with one whole layer of dough.
8. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 180℃ (355°F) until golden brown.

1 tbsp Pork lard (or any oil you prefer)
1 pound / 450g lean ground beef
1 Onion
2 garlic cloves
1 cup / 240 ml heavy cream or milk
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp Sage
Salt, Black pepper
2 Handfuls Spinach (optional)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
7-9 Mushrooms
4 Potatoes
4 ounces / 115g Gruyère cheese
Bake until potatoes are very tender, 60 to 75 minutes at 350 °F / 180°C
Uncover and cook until golden brown, about 10 minutes more

1 1/2 lbs. Ground beef 80/20
1 C. Chopped onions
1/4 C. Chopped green onions
1/2 C. Diced green bell pepper
1/2 C. Diced orange bell pepper
1 med/large diced tomato
3 med/large minced garlic cloves
2-2 1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt
3 Tbs All Purpose Flour
3/4 C. Beef broth
Tomato slices to top (i used 4 slices)
Pepper as needed
2 Large Russet potatoes (cut in half long way then sliced)
3 Tbsp cooking oil of your choice (to fry potatoes)
6 oz. Freshly grated Mozzarella Cheese or as needed
6 oz. Freshly grated white Sharp Cheddar Cheese or as needed
*BAKE 350 for 35-40 minutes…cover with foil if you wish so tomato doesn’t get mushy.

Cheesy Ground Beef & Potato Casserole Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 to 2 pds ground beef
5-6 small to medium sized sliced yellow flesh potatoes - approx 1/8 thick
You can use Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes
1 cup finely diced onions
3/4 cup finely diced bell peppers
1/2 cup finely diced carrots
1 cup frozen peas
1 tsp. minced garlic
8 oz. grated cheddar and colby jack cheese
Sauce:
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1/2 to 3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Preheat oven 350 degrees Farenheit.
In skillet on medium high heat brown and chop ground beef until no longer pink.
Add onions, bell peppers, carrots, peas and minced garlic.
Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes and turn off heat and set to the side.
In a greased 9x13 pan put down a layer of sliced potatoes. Overlap a little and cover the bottom.
Separate meat/veggie mixture in half and sprinkle half on top of potatoes.
Pour half of sauce over the meat and spread out as best you can.
Sprinkle half of grated cheese over the sauce.
Repeat layers of potatoes, meat/veggie mixture and sauce.
Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees farenheit.
Remove cover and top with rest of grated cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until cheese is melted and potatoes are tender.
Let rest for 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
Enjoy.
