How To make Memories Of Winnipeg Creamy Cheesecake

CRUST:
3/4 c Graham wafer crumbs 1/3 c Brown sugar Grated peel of a lemon 1/4 ts Ground cardamom 1/3 c Butter, melted
FILLING:
2 lb Cream cheese 4 Eggs 3/4 c Sugar Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 ts Vanilla 1. Preheat oven to 350F(180C) 2. Mix crust ingredients together and press into a 10-inch springform pan. 3. In a large bowl combine the ingredients for the filling. Beat thoroughly and pour over the crust. 4. Bake 35 minutes. When baking is complete, turn off oven, prop oven door open with folded tea towel and let cake stand in oven for about 1 hour. Refrigetate several hours before serving.

THE RECIPE Creamy Tuscan Chicken Boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder Salt + pepper 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, packed in oil 1 Tbsp minced garlic 1 cup chopped spinach 1 cup cherry tomatoes
Cook chicken with seasoning. Pull chicken out on to plate. Then add cherry tomatoes in seasoned pan. Then add sun dried. Then cream. Then spinach. Re add chicken to pan. Let simmer low 20 min to thicken.

1980s RETRO CHRISTMAS COMMERCIALS FROM VHS
Captured from a well used VHS cassette tape that was recorded in December of 1985. The image can be washed out at times and is blurry do to the age and use. I cleaned it up as best I could but some of the information is just lost in parts. Still pretty cool though! Brings back good memories from my childhood.
