How To make Merry Cherry Chocolate Cupcakes
1 pk Cream cheese, softened (8oz)
1 pk Confectioners' sugar (16 oz)
1 cn Maraschino cherries, drained
-(6 oz) 2 c PLANTERS Pecan Halves
24 Prepared chocolate cupcakes,
-cooled (2 1/2") In medium bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese until smooth. Slowly add confectioners' sugar, beating until smooth and creamy. Reserve 12 whole cherries; coarsely chop remaining cherries. Reserve 1 cup (about 72) pecan halves; coarsely chop remaining pecan halves.
In small bowl, combine 3/4 cup cream cheese frosting, chopped pecans and chopped cherries. Using the end of a wooden spoon, poke a 1" deep hole in top of each cupcake. Spoon about 1 tablespoonful pecan filling in each hole. Frost the tops of the cupcakes with remaining frosting. Halve reserved cherries. Top cupcakes with cherry halves and reserved pecan halves. Refrigerate until serving time.

Dry Ingredients for Cupcakes:
1 3/4 cups & 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
2 cups Granulated Sugar
3/4 cups Natural Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tps White Pepper (optional)
Wet Ingredients for cupcakes:
1 Cup Milk
2/3 Cups Canola Oil (vegetable oil if preferred)
2 Eggs lightly beaten
1 Cup Fresh Chopped Cherries
2 tsps Cherry Extract (more if preferred)
1 Cup Hot Water
Cream Cheese Icing:
1 block of Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Butter, softened (1 stick)
2 cups White Confectioner Sugar (powered sugar)
1 tsp Cherry Extract (more if preferred)

Chocolate Cupcakes With Chocolate Buttercream Frosting| Easy, Fluffy Cupcakes with Eggless option
We all love chocolate cupcakes, don't we? I'm happy to share a simple, easy, fool-proof chocolate cupcakes recipe that is sure to make you happy!
I also share an eggless option in this recipe, if you don't consume eggs.
These cupcakes are moist, soft, fluffy and very delicious. Even better with the chocolate buttercream frosting which is super smooth and creamy!
written recipe-
For Chocolate Cupcakes
1½ cups (180 g) all purpose flour
¾ cups (90 g) cocoa powder
1 tsp (4 g) coffee powder
½ tsp (3 g) baking soda
1 tsp (4 g) baking powder
¾ cup (180 ml) vegetable oil
1½ cups (300 g) sugar
2 eggs
½ tsp (2.5ml) vanilla extract
¾ cup (180ml) milk + 1 tsp (2.5ml) white vinegar, mixed together and rested for at least 5 minutes
For buttercream
1/2 cup (100 g) butter
1 cup (130 g) icing sugar
1/4 cup (30 g) cocoa powder

Ingredients:
Chocolate Cupcakes:
1 cup (160 g) All Purpose Flour
¼ cup (30 g) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
¾ cup (185 g) Granulated White Sugar
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
2 Eggs
1/3 cup (70 ml) Milk
½ cup (120 g) Melted Butter
Black Cherry Filling:
11 oz (320 g) Fresh Black Cherry (with pitt)
2 tablespoon (15 g) Granulated White Sugar
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
Buttercream:
150g unsalted butter, soft ⅔ cup
340g icing sugar, sifted 1 ⅔ cup
3-4 tbsp whole milk/milk infusion/juice/other liquid
1 tsp vanilla extract
Add some chocolate chaving and a cherry on top
