------------------------------PATTI - VDRJ67A------------------------------ 8 oz Tomato sauce
1 ts Ground cumin
1/4 ts Onion powder
1/8 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Cocoa
1/8 ts Salt
1 tb Chili powder
2 Chicken breasts; boneless,
- cooked, chopped 1 c Rice
1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
Sour cream Picante sauce Tomato; chopped (opt) Prepare sauce in small saucepan by mixing 2/3 can tomato sauce and spices. Add chopped, cooked chicken. Put sauce on low heat and stir occasionally. Prepare rice. When rice is done, and remaining 1/3 can tomato sauce to rice and stir. To serve, place rice on plates, topped with chicken-sauce and then shredded cheese. Serve with sour cream, picante sauce, and chopped tomato if desired.

• 1 Whole Lime Juice
• 2 tsp Olive Oil for cooking
• 1 Medium Onion Chopped
• 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper Chopped
• 100g Black Beans
• 210g Washed Uncooked Basmati Rice
• 1 tsp of each seasoning used previously
• 300ml Water or chicken stock for more flavor
• Garnish with Chopped Coriander/Cilantro
Important Cooking Notes
• When you add the uncooked rice, let it toast with the spices for 1-2 mins to enhance flavors.
• After adding the water, mix well then cover and simmer on low heat for 12-15 mins. Stir halfway to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom.
• Add chicken and mix in with coriander.

1 Tbsp chicken bouillon powder (10 g) (or 1 Knorr brand chicken bouillon cube)
1/2 cup to 2/3 cup (118 ml to 157 ml) crushed tomato (or tomato sauce)
1/2 tsp (1 g) onion powder
1/2 tsp (1 g) garlic powder
1/4 tsp (.5 g) ground cumin
1/4 tsp (.5 g) black pepper
2 cloves garlic minced (13 g)
1 small to medium-sized onion (175 g)
