How To make Never Fail Fudge
5 c Sugar
12 oz Evaporated Milk; 1 can
1/4 lb Butter Or Regular Margarine
12 oz Marshmallow Creme Or Fluff;*
1 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Whole Walnut Meats
24 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
* The original recipe calls for Marshmallow Fluff, but you may only be able to find the Creme in your area. It should work. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Combine the first five ingredients in a 4-quart saucepan. Stir over low heat until blended. Bring to a boil over moderate heat, being careful not to mistake escaping air bubbles for boiling. The BOIL SLOWLY, stirring constantly, for 5 MINUTES. To the soft ball stage. Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips and vanilla and nuts if used. Stir until the chips are melted. Pour into 2 buttered 9 X 9-inch pans and let cool. In this episode of In The Kitchen With Matt, I will show you how to make traditional fudge. This creamy old fashioned fudge recipe is so yummy. If you are a homemade fudge lover like me you have got to try this. I love all kinds of fudge, 3-ingredient microwave fudge, peanut butter fudge, cookies, and cream fudge, etc. My aunt gave this recipe to my mom in 1968, and I remember helping her make it when I was young. It is similar to a fantasy fudge. We always had it around the holidays. Creamy old fashioned fudge is more finicky than microwave fudge, but it tastes better to most people. If I can do it, you can do it. Let's get started and make some fudge from scratch!

Ingredients:
2 cups white granulated sugar (400g)
1/2 cup of butter, salted or unsalted (113g)
1 cup mini-marshmallows or 10 large marshmallows (50 to 60g)
2/3 cup of evaporated milk (158ml)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or use milk or dark chocolate) (170g)
1 tsp. vanilla extract (5ml)
1 cup chopped walnuts (117g) (optional)
Tools:
Medium to a large pot, a heavy bottom is best
Wooden spoon or silicone spoon
Spatula
7x11 or 9x9 inch pan
Parchment paper or cooking spray
Knife

Chocolate Fudge-Never Fail Fudge
Hey everyone! Sorry it has been a while since I posted a recipe! I made my chocolate fudge recipe for all of you! Hope you like it!

Recipe:
7 1/2 oz jar Marshmallow Fluff
2 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 stick butter
5 oz evaporated milk
3/4 tsp vanilla
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
Grease 9 inch baking pan. In large saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients. Stir over low heat until blended. Increase heat to medium to bring to full rolling boil. Boil slowly and stir constantly for 3.5-5 minutes. Remove from heat adn stir in semi-sweet chips. When melted, add vanilla, mix and pour into the greased pan. Let cool and enjoy!!
Never Fail Fudge
I made this fudge this evening. I just made 1/2 batch. Have a Merry Christmas.
No Fail Chocolate Fudge Recipe- Super Easy
Simple Fudge recipe - easy to make - easy to add additional items to it
2 Cups of Chocolate Chips
I did
10 oz of dark chocolate
16 oz of semi sweet
6 oz of Milk chocolate
2 Cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk
Put on Medium to Low Heat
Stir until it is all melted ( don’t burn it )
Once it is melted remove from heat and mix in vanilla- just a splash
Add other ingredients and stir in or place in bottom of pan. Mix bourbon in at this time
Put in already prepared 9x9 dish
Set aside to set up for an hour
Flip over pan, remove parchment paper, cut to size and enjoy
