Hi! This is the way I do my no fry tacos. I place my corn tortilla on the gas burner flame on medium. Turn it with tongs very quickly. The whole thing takes only a few seconds. Right away fold the tortilla in half and fill. We use very lean beef cooked with a little green pepper and well drained. Then we add half of a green "Ortega" Anaheim chili, Alpine Lace free and lean shredded cheese, shredded lettuce and tomato and then a good shot of La Victoria hot sauce. We have this every Saturday night. Of course a nice Mexican beer with it makes it extra good! We also like the Herdez brand salsa (red) to put on tacos or refrieds or over buritos! INGREDIENTS
3 cups mole sauce
1 lb cooked and shredded chicken
8 oz block of cheese (I used mozzarella cheese)
20 to 24 corn tortillas
oil for frying
garnish with fresh shredded lettuce, tomato, Cotija cheese, Mexican table cream, sliced onion and homemade salsa

Red chlli flakes - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Coriander chopped - 1 tbsp
Plain Flour / Maida - ½ cup
Corn Starch - ½ cup
Water - to make a batter
Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
Oil - to shallow fry patty
For Harissa Dressing - Water - 2 cups
Whole Red Chillies - 15
Shahi Jeera - ½ tsp
Garlic - 4-5 cloves
Salt - as per taste
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Coriander fresh - 1 tbsp
Water - 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise - to make a dressing out of paste around - 3/4 cup
To Assemble & Cook
Lachha Paratha, half cooked - 5
Mexican Seasoning - 1 tbsp
Chopped Coriander - 2 tbsp
Cheese - ¼ cup (optional)
Butter - ¼ cup to coat/cook

Instant Yeast - (500gms, keep frozen in airtight container, will stay good for years)

Oven For Baking - (28liter is good enough)

How to Make No-Fry Taco Shells | Food & Wine
F&W's Justin Chapple demonstrates how to make crispy no-fry taco shells.
Use a baking rack and hang the tortillas from the rack while they bake in the oven. Once they're crispy and light brown, remove from the oven and fill with your taco ingredients. It's healthy and you didn't have to fry anything.
