• 1/2 cup golden raisins
• 1 cup hot water
• 3/4 cup (170 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature (1 1/2 sticks)
• 1 cup (200 grams) packed light brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup (100 grams) all purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
• 3 cups (270 grams) old-fashioned rolled oats

1 Box of Cake Mix
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 cup of rolled oats
2 cups of brown sugar
1/2 cup of raisins and mixed dried fruits
1 stick of butter
2 tbs mayonnaise or 1 egg
1 tbs vanilla Essence or Extract
1 tbs mixed Essence
1 tbs Almond Essence
1 cup of water
