How To make Orange Granola Cookies
2 c Flour
2 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Ground cloves
1/2 c Butter or margarine,softened
1/2 c Sugar
1 Egg
1/3 c Frozen orange-juice
Concentrate, thawed, Undiluted 1/2 c Honey
1 c Raisins
1 c Uncooked oats
1/2 c Sunflower seed
Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, soda, salt and cloves; set aside. In large bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Alternately stir in flour mixture, orange concentrate and honey until blended. Stir in raisins, oats and sunflower seed. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on rack.

1.4 cup Chipwrecked Peanut Butter
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 egg
1/2 scoop protein powder
1 1/3 cup granola of choice
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Mix together peanut butter, maple syrup, and egg.
3.Slowly add in protein powder and granola.
4.Drop spoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheet.
5.Bake for 8-10 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
6.Break into smaller pieces or leave as is.
Makes ~30 mini cookies.
