2 lb Caribou ribs 1 tb Vegetable oil Salt & Pepper 2 tb Brown sugar 16 oz Tomato sauce 2 tb Vinegar 2 ts Prepared mustard 1 ts Louisiana Hot Sauce Place ribs in a large oven proof dish. Brush lightly with cooking oil; sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake at 325-350 degrees until fairly well done, turning once. Combine the remaining ingredients with the tomato sauce; pour over ribs. Bake until done, basting occasionally with sauce.
Baby Back Ribs))))))))) Mmmmmmmm. Great party food. I cook mine over indirect heat on my cooker. Generally 2 1/2 hours at about 275º. The trick is to skin the membrane off of the back of the rib racks. Many ways to do ribs but this is my preferred method. They always come out goodly. Carry forth. Shug
