2 Tbsp. vegetable oil-
3 Tbsp. instant Vanilla pudding-
1/3 cup cornstarch-
1/3 cup sugar-
4 eggs
FOR FILLING-
3 Tbsp. instant Vanilla pudding-
3 Tbsp. coconut milk-
8oz Heavy cream
FOR DECORATION-
1/4 cup chocolate chips-

Flourless Chocolate Cloud Cake | Waitrose & Partners
With its crisp outside and fudgy centre this is a wonderfully indulgent Easter or Passover pudding.
Preparation time: 20 minutes plus cooling
Cooking time: 35 minutes
Serves: 10 - 12
Ingredients:
250g salted butter, plus extra for greasing
250g dark chocolate, chopped
1 tbsp espresso coffee powder
6 large eggs, separated
250g caster sugar
60g cocoa powder, sifted, plus extra for dusting
300g pack frozen summer fruits
200ml crème fraîche
Mint leaves, to serve

Passover matzah rolls with meat stuffing recipe-have-גלילות מצה עם בשר-יש מתכון
recipe;מתכון-
Passover matzos package to -15 units.
Moisten them together well with tap water,
Lay on a kitchen towel and cover with a towel Unleavened Bread,
Wait until the matzos are soft and rolling, about 30 minutes.
If matzos are still not rolling again moisten them with water and put a towel to soften.
Heat a skillet;
Put inside two tablespoons canola oil or nuts,
Put the pan 2 onions, diced.
And fry about 6-5 minutes-until golden. Occasionally mix.
Add 1 teaspoon sweet paprika,
1 teaspoon turmeric, add 1 teaspoon of oil,
And mix a quarter of a minute.
add;
600 grams of ground beef or chicken or beef,
And mix for about a minute until chicken color changer,
Add half a teaspoon of salt, a pinch of black pepper and mix,
Finally add half a cup of chopped parsley, mix and cool.
Preparation;
Take matzah wet, lay on baking paper or desktop.
The end matzah -lcl about 2 tablespoons meat stuffing, and roll them up tightly.
Heat oil in a pan half inches in height.
Take a plate and put one egg, a quarter teaspoon salt and a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of sweet paprika. Stir and add 1 tablespoon water and mix.
Matzo rolled to roll in egg and fry in hot oil on all sides a total of 2-3 minutes until golden.
מתכון;
צריך חבילת פסח מצות -15 יחידות.
להרטיב אותם ביחד היטב במי ברז,
להניח על מגבת מטבח ולכסות את המצות במגבת,
לחכות עד אשר המצות רכות וניתנות לגלגול,בערך כ-30 דקות.
אם המצות עדיין לא ניתנות לגלגול עוד פעם להרטיב אותם עם מים ולהניח במגבת עד ריכוך.
לחמם מחבת;
לשים בפנים כשתי כפות שמן קנולה או אגוזים,
לשים במחבת 2 בצלים חתוכים לקוביות.
ולטגן כ-6-5 דקות עד הזהבה. מידי פעם לערבב.
להוסיף 1 כפית פפריקה מתוקה,
1 כפית שטוחה כורכום, להוסיף 1 כפית שמן,
ולערבב כרבע דקה.
להוסיף;
כ-600 גרם בשר טחון, או עוף או בקר,
ולערבב כדקה עד אשר העוף מחליף צבע,
להוסיף כחצי כפית מלח, קורט פלפל שחור ולערבב,
ולבסוף להוסיף כחצי כוס פטרוזיליה קצוצה, לערבב ולקרר.
אופן ההכנה;
לקחת מצה רטובה, להניח על נייר אפייה או שולחן עבודה.
להניח בקצה המצה -לכל האורך כ-2 כפות מלית בשר, ולגלגל לרולדה מהודקת.
לחמם שמן במחבת כחצי סמ גובה.
לקחת צלחת ולשים 1 ביצה, כרבע כפית מלח קורט פלפל שחור וקורט פפריקה מתוקה. לבחוש ולהוסיף 1 כף מים ולערבב.
לקחת מצה מגולגלת לגלגל בתוך הביצה, ולטגן בשמן החם מכל הצדדים סהכ כ-2-3 דקות עד הזהבה.

Yes, that's right! Homemade! You wouldn't believe how easy this recipe is and I was so happy with the outcome. I've even timed myself 18 minutes to stay within the guidelines of keeping the matzah kosher for Passover.

300g plain flour
60ml olive oil
120ml water
1 tsp salt
Optional flaky salt to top off
Cook at 260°C/500°F for 7-9 mins
