Pecan Pralines are a Southern treat that has been part of holiday celebrations and special occasions for generations. They are like sweet little smiles that brighten up your day which makes them perfect for these days.
These cookies would make a great addition to you Holiday goodie list at Christmas or Easter. They could be added to homemade gift boxes at Christmas and can be shipped. They are easily transported to potlucks, get-to-gathers and church dinners. They are quick and easy enough when you just need a special treat to pick you up a little.

¾ cup (180g) salted butter
6 tablespoons (90mL) heavy whipping cream or coconut cream
¼ cup (50g) Lakanto golden sweetener or granulated erythritol
1 teaspoon (5mL) vanilla extract
½ cup (50g) unsweetened shredded coconut
1 ½ cups (185g) toasted pecans
-Cook the mixture in low heat until it slightly thickens for about 5-8 mins.
-Refrigerate your cookies for 1 hour or until set.

Pecan Praline Deep-Dish Skillet Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup (4 oz.) salted butter, softened
1 large egg
3 tablespoons whole milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract (we used Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract)
2 cups (about 9 oz.) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon table salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup toffee bits
3/4 cup pecan halves
3 tablespoons jarred caramel sauce
Sea salt
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly coat a 10-inch cast-iron skillet with cooking spray. Beat brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter with a heavy-duty electric stand mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla, beating until blended.
2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Add to butter mixture gradually, beating at low speed until combined.
3. Add chopped pecans and toffee bits; beat until combined.
4. Spread mixture evenly in prepared skillet. Top with pecan halves and caramel sauce.
5. Bake in preheated oven until golden and set, about 50 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes; sprinkle with sea salt and cut into wedges. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
