*Greek Yogurt 70g
*Coin Starch 5g
*Vanilla
Recipe for 6 mini cheesecakes

【Bake at 170°C for 30 minutes
Place to upper shelf and bake for 3 minutes
After turning off the heat, leave them in oven for 60 minutes
Refrigerate for 6 hours before serving.】

These are very easy mini cheesecakes. very few ingredients and real easy to make.
place a vanilla wafer or a piece of graham cracker in the bottom of a cupcake liner.
In a large bowl soften 1- 8 Oz package of cream cheese, add 3/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Beat with a mixer until smooth. Spoon into muffin cup 3/4 full. 2 EGGS
1/2 C. SUGAR
1 TSP. VANILLA
VANILLA WAFERS KEEBLER
CHERRY PIE FILLING (OR STRAWBERRY PIE FILLING)
MINI FOIL BAKE CUPS
Whip cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla at high
speed until smooth. Place vanilla wafers
in baking cups, fill each cup with mixture. All
filling should fit in 12 muffin cups. Bake at 350
degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool, top with pie
filling.
Option: Use Oreo Thin Cookies on the Bottom
and Whipping cream for the topping with a
mini-Oreo cookie.

Serving : 22 cups
With one egg and 1 cup cream cheese, you can make up to 22 cups of Petit cheesecake shells. For this recipe, I used Athens Phyllo Shells. They are very crispy and fully baked.Whip the whipping cream with some powdered sugar before use.The one tbsp is lemon juice in this recipe makes a really huge difference in taste.It gives each bite that tiny taste of citrus and also it helps remove the eggy smell from the butter.
