1 1/2 c Sugar 3 tb Cornmeal 2 tb All-purpose flour 1/4 ts Salt 4 Large eggs; lightly beaten 1 ts Vanilla extract 1/4 c Butter or margarine; melted 3 1/2 oz Flaked coconut 15 1/2 oz Can crushed pineapple; very -well drained 1 Unbaked 9-inch pastry shell Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; add eggs and vanilla, stirring until blended. Stir in butter, coconut, and pineapple; pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set; covering with aluminum foil after 40 minutes. CHESS PIE 9 INCH PIE PLATE 350 DEGREES 35 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION 1 STICK BUTTER(4 OZ. OR 1/2 CUP) I FORGOT ALL OVER AGAIN THAT EVERYBODY OUTSIDE THE U.S MIGHT NOT KNOW WHAT A STICK OF BUTTER MEANS. 1 1/2 CUP SUGAR 1 TBLSP .FLOUR 1 1/2 TSP. VINEGAR 1 TSP. VANILLA 3 EGGS PREPARED 9 INCH PIE CRUST. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MINE WHICH WAS MY VERY FIRST VIDEO BUT ANY REGULAR ONE WILL DO.
MELT BUTTER.WHISK ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND POUR INTO PASTRY SHELL. BAKE AT 350 FOR 35 MINUTES. LET THE PIE COOL THOROUGHLY. IT NEEDS TO SET UP. IT'S VERY RICH AND SWEET SO YOU'LL WANT SMALL PIECES. THE FILLING AND THE CRUST ARE A GREAT COMBINATION ENJOY!

Pie filling: 1/2 cup melted butter, cooled 2 cups sugar 4 large eggs 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1/3 cup evaporated milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon coconut flavoring 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 3/4 cups Angel Flake Coconut
Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes Turn oven down to 350 degrees and bake for additional 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
1 Deep Dish Pie Crust 1 Stick of unsalted Butter (room temperture) 4 Eggs 1 1/2 Cups of Sugar 2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour 1 Tablespoon of Yellow Cornmeal 1/4 Teaspoon Salt 1 Tablespoon of White Vinegar or Lemon Juice 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract 1/4 Cup of Whole or Evaporated Milk
Bake @350 for 55 minutes. Cool Completely before serving or placing in a refrigerator.
