How To make Pisang Goreng
1 c All purpose flour
1 c Water
1 ts Baking powder
1 ea Egg beaten
1 ea Pinch of salt
4 ea Ripe bananas peeled halved
1/2 c 10% cream
1 c Brown sugar
1 tb Butter
2 tb Dark rum
Mix the flour, water, baking powder, egg and salt and let sit for about 20 minutes. This is your batter. Dip the banana halves in the batter and deep fry in vegetable oil at 325 degrees F for about 5 minutes or until the batter is golden brown. Remove the bananas from the oil and allow to drain. Meanwhile mix the cream, brown sugar and butter together in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat until the sugar has dissoved. Add the rum and be sure the sauce doesn't boil. Place some vanilla ice cream on a plate. Place a banana over the ice cream and pour a generous amount of rum sauce over the dessert. Serve while the banana is still hot.

Ingredients for making Pisang Goreng (Indonesian banana fritters):
4 Bananas
1/2 cup of water
Salt
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 egg
1 cup of gluten-free flour
2 tablespoons of canola oil (and multiple cups for frying)
Instructions for making pisang goreng (Indonesian banana fritters):
- First, peel and smush 2 of your bananas and add your water and mix.
- Now season with a pinch of salt, add your powdered sugar, egg, and mix in your flour gradually and add your canola oil.
- Slice your last two bananas and add them to the bowl and mix all together.
- Now to fry your fritters, pour canola oil into a pan and reach and keep a temperature of 350°F for the oil.
- Once the proper temperature is reached and maintained, start adding little balls of your batter to the oil and fry until golden brown.
- Then place your banana fritters on a cooling rack with paper towels on it.
- Now plate the pisang goreng (Indonesian banana fritters) and cover with powdered sugar and voila!

Cekodok Pisang rangup, lembut & bulat tanpa penaik
Hai semua, resepi kali ni, paling mudah dari segi bahan-bahan..tapi paling mencabar dari segi cara nak dapatkan cekodok pisang yang lembut di dalam, rangup di luar dan berbentuk bulat cantik aja tanpa guna sebarang serbuk penaik. ¼ sk garam
1 cawan + 2-3 sb tepung gandum
3 sb gula putih (boleh kurangkan)
1 sb gula melaka (pilihan)

Goreng pisang yang panas, rangup dan lemak manis.Siapa yang tak suka kan? Dalam video ni Che Nom akan tunjuk salah satu cara bancuhan tepung untuk dapat salutan goreng pisang yang gerenti rangup. Memang puas hati kalau goreng sendiri kerana dapat hasilkan kriuk-kriuk rangup banyak mana ikut citarasa kita.
Che Nom guna campuran 3 jenis tepung. Tepung yang paling utama sekali ialah tepung beras dan ada beberapa bahan lain yang akan buatkan salutan tepung kita tu rangup dan tahan lama.

Minyak untuk menggoreng
