Popeyes recently released strawberry biscuits and had me craving them so bad I decided to make my own and hopefully now you can top !
Recipe : 2 cups all purpose flour 1/4 + 2 tbsp frozen butter 1 cup cold buttermilk 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar 1/2 cup diced strawberries
Bake @425 for 12-14 minutes
Glaze 1 cup powdered sugar 1-2 tbsp milk
Tip : no buttermilk? Add 1 tbsp white vinegar / lemon juice to 1 cup milk. #biscuits #popeyes
