How To make Pork Chop Onion Rice Bake
Pork chops(or chicken breast 1 package Onion soup mix
1 cup Raw rice
3 cups Hot water
1 can Mushrooms(optional)
Brown pork chops or chicken breasts, Line a 13x9 inch pan with foil, spray with PAM.Put rice in bottom of pan. Reserve 1 tablespoon onion soup mix, and sprinkle the rest over rice. Place mushrooms over rice, top with chops or chicken. Sprinkle reserved onion soup mix over chops. Add 3 cups hot water. Cover with foil, bake at 350 F for 45 minutes, remove foil and brown slightly for another 5 minutes. Serve with salad. From *Prodigy's Food and Wine Bulletin Board.

1 tsp fresh thyme
1/2 onion
6 slices smoked bacon
????Seasoning
1 tbsp cajun
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp complete season
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 1/2 cups Basmati rice
4 cups hot water
1 tbsp sazon season
4 cups hot water
????Cook for 35 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius

A one-dish meal that will become a family favorite! Quick and easy to prepare.
1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
1 onion, sliced (optional)
3-4 bone-in center cut pork chops
salt and pepper
1 can beef consomme
1 can water
Cover with foil and bake at 450 for 1 hour.
Dump and Go Porkchop and Rice Casserole
This is an easy through together meal. However, i remember when porkchops actually tasted like pork. These were OK, but if you can find some quality pork from a heritage breed, they could be great. I think adding some sautéed mushrooms to this would be delicious.
Dump and Go No Peek Porkchops and Rice
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of celery
2 c chicken broth
1 ½ c rinsed rice
1 package dry onion soup mix
4-6 thick cut pork chops
salt
pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
In a greased 9 x 13, mix cream of mushroom, cream of celery, chicken broth, rice, onion soup mix. Add porkchops, season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder. Bake 350 degrees covered 1 hour 15 minutes.
