How To make Salmon And Potato Casserole (Crockpot)
Ingredients
4
each
potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
3
tablespoon
flour
1
salt and pepper
16
oz
can salmon, drained, flaked
1
each
onion, chopped
2
each
eggs, beaten
1
tablespoon
butter or margarine
2
cup
milk, scalded
1
nutmeg
Directions:
Place half of the potatoes in greased Crockpot. Sprinkle with half of the flour, salt and pepper. Cover with half of salmon. Sprinkle with half the onion. Repeat layers in order. Gradually add beaten eggs and butter to scalded milk. Stir well. Pour over potato-salmon mixture. Dust with nutmeg. Cover and cook on Low setting for 7-10 hours.

Ingredients you'll need:
• 1 - 16oz Can Salmon, Drained & Flaked (I USED 3 - 5oz Packets Skinless/Boneless Salmon)
• 4 - Small/Medium Potatoes (Peeled & Thinly Sliced)
• 1 - Onion (Chopped)
• 1 - 10 1/4 oz Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
• 1/4 Cup Water
• 3 tbs Flour
• Salt & Pepper (Use As Much Or As Little As Desired)
• Nutmeg (Optional)
Instructions:
• Place half of the potatoes in a greased Crock-Pot
• Sprinkle with half the flour, salt & pepper
• Cover with half the salmon
• Cover with half the onions
• Repeat layers
• Combine the soup and the water
• Pour over the potato-salmon mixture
• Dust with nutmeg (Optional)
• Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-10 hours

This is how to make my Fish Pie with Cheesy Mash. This Fish Pie recipe has been handed down through generations.
Nothing beats a creamy fish pie for some hearty comfort food. Its soo good it was my winning dish when cooking on stage at Big Feastival!

Use one of these for the perfect mash:
Ingredients for the Fish Pie:
2 1/2 lbs (1 kg) floury potatoes - such as maris piper, peeled and chopped into large chunks
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp double heavy cream)
large pinch of salt and pepper
2 1/2 cups (600ml) full fat milk
2 boneless salmon fillets
1-2 boneless cod or haddock fillet
15 king prawns shrimp these can be cooked or raw (make sure they're de-veined)
2 tbsp plain/all-purpose flour OR 2 tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp cold water for gluten free
1 1/2 cups (150g) packed grated mature cheddar cheese
To serve:
1 tbsp chopped chives
Peas
Sweetcorn

CrockPot Hamburger Potato Casserole
Ingredients
• 5 small potatoes
• 1-2 lbs ground beef (browned)
1 small onion chopped
• 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup milk
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (we used cheddar but any kind would be great too)
Instructions
1. Brown your ground beef and onion and set aside
2. Peel and slice potatoes and set aside. We use this easy mandoline slicer to cut our potatoes quickly.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Set aside.
4. Spray crock pot casserole dish with non stick spray.

5. Layer in the pan, potatoes, beef, soup, and cheese. Then repeat. Top with remaining cheese.
6. Place lid on top.
7. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or until the potatoes are soft.
8. Turn off the crock pot and allow it to cool slightly (about 10 minutes). This will allow the casserole to thicken.
9. Cut and serve with your favorite vegetable

breadcrumbs 3.5 oz/100 g
cover a baking sheet with baking paper and greased with oil
spread evenly over the baking sheet
bake for 30 minutes at 430°F 220°C
grated cheese 5 oz/140 g
bake for 15 minutes at 430°F 220°C
