How To make Sesame Broccoli Stir Fry with Noodles
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 Tablespoon sesame seed
1 Tablespoon peanut oil
2 cloves garlic
minced
4 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts :
drained
1 jar (4.5 oz.) whole mushrooms -- drained
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 Tablespoons dry white wine or chicken broth
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1. Cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package.
2. Meanwhile, in large skillet or wok, cook and stir sesame seed over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes or untl golden brown. Remove from skillet; set aside.
3. In same skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds. Add broccoli, water chestnuts and mushrooms; cook and stir 6-7 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
4. Drain noodles; set aside.
5. In small bowl, combine broth, wine, soy sauce and cornstarch; blend well. Add noodles and cornstarch mixture to skillet; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Makes 4 servings.

???? Ingredients
▢100 g Glass noodles About 3.5 oz ( Cellophane noodles or bean thread noodles.
▢200 g Chicken breast About 7 oz ( Boneless skinless chicken thigh or breast )
▢2 Eggs Whisked and season with a pinch of salt
▢100 g Cabbage About 3.5 oz ( Cut thin slices )
▢1 Carrot Cut matchstick sizes
▢½ Onion Cut thin slices
▢2 Clove Garlic Finely chopped
▢1 Red chilli pepper Or bell pepper, cut thin slices
▢2-3 tbsp Vegetable oil Or neutral flavour oil
Stir Fry Sauce
▢3 tbsp Light soy sauce Or regular all-purpose soy sauce
▢1½ tsp Dark soy sauce
▢2 tbsp Oyster sauce
▢1 tsp Sesame oil
▢1 tbsp Sugar
Instruction
First, soak the noodles in the hot boiling water for 10-12 minutes. Then rinse with cold water, drain.
Mix all the stir fry sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Cut the chicken into small pieces and season with 2 tsp of stir fry sauce mixture.
Add the whisk egg in the pan and let it set for few seconds and then crumble it into small pieces. Remove from pan and set it aside.
Stir fry the garlic and follow with marinated chicken then cook for 2-3 minutes or until cooked through.
Follow with the onion, and carrot. Next add the cabbage, stir well and place the glass noodles.
Add the sauce mix in and toss well to combine everything.
Now, add the crumbled egg and spring onions and toss well.
Ready to serve.

Stir fried garlic broccoli is quick lunch or dinner recipe. This recipe is helpful for those on weight management, since broccoli is one of the less calorie foods.
INGREDIENTS:
# Broccoli - 500g
# Onion - 1 no.
# Garlic - 4 cloves
# Salt - as required
# Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
# Red chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
# Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
# Olive oil/Any vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
METHOD:
1. Cut the broccoli into florets and wash thoroughly
2. Slice the onion and chop the garlic
3. Heat a pan and add oil
4. Saute onion and garlic till it become translucent, then add the broccoli florets
5. Saute for about a minute and add salt, black pepper powder & red chilli flakes
6. Saute for about 2 minutes and finally add sesame seeds
7. Give a quick stir and turn off the stove
8. Serve hot!!
