8 oz Cream cheese; softened
3 oz Cream cheese; softened
3/4 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla extract
1/4 ts Peppermint extract (
-optional) 1/4 c Hershey's cocoa
2 Eggs
1/2 c Whipping cream
1 Packaged crumb crust (6 oz.)
Or homemade 9-inch graham Cracker crumb crust Whipped topping Chocolate curls and green -sprinkles (optional) Recipe by: www.hersheys.com Heat oven to 350 F. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and peppermint extract, if desired, until well blended. Add cocoa; beat until well blended, scraping sides of bowl and beaters frequently. Add eggs; beat well. Stir in whipping cream. Pour into crust. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. (Center will be soft but will set upon cooling.) Cool to room temperature. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight. Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls, if desired. Today I am making a great Dessert that is no Oven required, Grasshoppers Pie!!!
A Grasshopper Pie is a Chocolate Mint flavor pie with Grasshopper Chocolate Mint Cookies in the filling. If you’re a fan of Chocolate and Mint, y’all will enjoy this creamy, decedent No Bake Pie! Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day or any time of the year!!
Ellen’s Chocolate Mint Dessert Recipes:
Ellen’s Homemade Whipped Cream Recipe:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
15 drops green food coloring
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp pure mint or peppermint extract
16 grasshopper chocolate mint cookies, coarsely chopped + more for garnish
2 cups fresh whipped cream
1 (9 inch) chocolate graham cracker crust
In a large bowl with a hand mixer, add cream cheese and cream until fluffy. Next add and beat in sweetened condensed milk until well incorporated. Then add and mix in food coloring, vanilla and mint extract until well combined. Stir and food in grasshopper cookies then the whipped cream. Pour filling into the chocolate crust, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator and freeze overnight. The next day, garnish with more chopped grasshopper cookies on top, cut into slices and serve.

ウーピーパイって知ってます?
USAでカップケーキの次にきているお菓子なのですが、柔らかいクッキーにマシュマロを挟んだものをさすらしいです。実際は他のものをはさんであったりもしますが。
日本では・・・たぶん流行らない(笑) 日本人ってマシュマロそんなに食べないですよね。
(10 pieces)
120g cake flour
60g sugar
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp matcha powder
60g milk
60g butter
10 marshmallows

120g Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (355 degrees F).
Put the milk and butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl; heat at 500W until softened, about 2 minutes. Stir until completely melted.
Sift the flour, sugar, matcha powder and baking powder. Gradually whisk tha milk mixture into dry ingredients and mix well.
With a small spoon or pastry bag, drop the batter onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 1-inch apart.Bake until the cookies spring back when lightly touched, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Cool the cookies slightly.Turn half of the cookies (they lay flat side up), place a marshmallow on top of each flipped cookie. Microwave until the marshmallow begins to puff. Top with the remaining cookies, pressing lightly.

牛乳とバターを耐熱のボウルに入れ、レンジで2分ほど加熱します。かきまぜてバターを完全に溶かします。
薄力粉・砂糖・ベーキングパウダー・抹茶をボウルでかき混ぜてダマを無くし、牛乳・バターを加えて混ぜます。
スプーンで落とすか、絞り出し袋を使って生地をクッキングシートの上に並べ(少し間をあけてね)、オーブンで焼きます。
5~7分、触るとふわふわしているくらいでOK。焼き過ぎると硬くなります。
半分をひっくりかえしてマシュマロをのせ、レンジで加熱します。マシュマロがふくらんだらすぐ出します。
残りのパイをのせてマシュマロをはさみます。
できあがり♪
