Chickpea Tuna Salad Recipe - ChefSteps
This refreshing, lemony salad incorporates diverse textures and flavors for a hearty chilled dish. Here, flavors of brined tuna and bright lemon shine through, while firm chickpeas and leafy parsley add textural intrigue. We encourage creativity: you can substitute any other beans for the chickpeas (green beans could make for a great Nicoise-inspired salad), and you can play with texture by adding nuts or seeds.
