How To make Southern Peach Shortcake
2 c Sliced peaches
2 tb Granulated fructose
1/2 ts Almond extract
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 ds Salt
2 tb Liquid vegetable shortening
1 Egg
1/4 c Milk
Preheat oven to 400^. Grease an 8" baking dish. Place peaches in the dish and sprinkle with 1 T fructose,almond extract and cinnamon. Combine the flour,remianing fructose,baking powder &salt in bowl. Add the shortening, milk and egg and stir until just mixed. Spread evenly over the peaches and bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Invert onto serving platter. RECIPE:
Pudding:
4 egg yolks
3.5 cups whole milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean gel
3 tablespoons corn starch
Peaches:
3 cans peaches (leave juice in ONLY one)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tsp vanilla bean gel
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Whipped topping:
3 cups heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla bean gel or extract
1 cup powdered sugar
Cookies I used:
2 packs of Bordeaux Caramalized cookies
Mix all ingredients for pudding in a large bowl then cook on low heat until thickened, making sure to mix often. Let cool in fridge at least 3 hours.
Add all ingredients for peaches in a large sauce pan and cook for 5-10 minutes. Let cool in fridge for 3 hours.
For whipped topping, mix heavy cream and vanila extract for 5 minutes until soft peaks form. Then add powdered sugar and mix just until thick, should stick straight up when pulled from bowl.
Layer how you want, refrigerate a few hours and enjoy!

Easy Fast Peach Cobbler Recipe
Peach Cobbler Made With Canned Peaches Recipe
Get 2 cans of Sliced Peaches in thick syrup
Drain the juice from 1 can and keep the juice from the other can
Get a big bowl, and pour both cans of peaches into the bowl
Add 1/4 cup of white sugar, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of nutmeg and stir well
Place a pot over high heat and add the bowl of seasoned peaches to the pot
Add 1 stick of butter and 3 tbs of cornstarch to the pot of peaches and stir. Allow them to cook on high heat until the syrup thickens up which should take anywhere from 5-10 minutes.
Take your pie crust and cover the bottom of a baking pan with the pie crust. Add your peaches to the baking pan, placing them over the crust. Add some of the syrup but not too much.
Cover the peaches with another layer of pie crust
Poor 1/2 stick of melted butter over the pie crust and sprinkle a tsp of sugar over the crust
Preheat your oven and allow the oven to heat up for 10 minutes
Once hot add the peach cobbler to the oven and allow it to bake until it's brown on top
