How To make Spicy Nachos Supreme
8 oz Tomato Sauce
4 oz Diced Green Chiles
1/2 c Chopped Green Bell Pepper
1 Green Onion, Sliced
1/4 ts Hot Pepper Sauce
10 oz Tortilla Chips
2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Avocado
1 ts Lemon Juice
1/2 c Sour Cream
Jalapeno Slices, Optional Combine tomato sauce, chiles, green pepper, green onion and hot pepper sauce in a bowl; let stand for 15 minutes. Place tortilla chips in a shallow 8" X 10" baking dish. Pour sauce over chips; sprinkle grated cheese over all. Broil nachos for 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Just before serving, seed, peel and mash avocado. Stir in lemon juice. Spoon avocado mixture and sour cream on hot nachos and top with jalapeno slices. Serve immediately.

This Nacho recipe is one of my winners and the most wanted foods that my Friends want when they come to my home to watch a film or some game on Tv. Now the old popcorn thing will not do it anymore.
Try this basic classic recipe and let me know how yours turned out.
Ingredients
1 pkg. - Unsalted or salted nachos, tortilla, and corn chips
2 lbs. - Lean or medium ground beef
1 med. - Onion, chopped
2 to 3 tbsp. - Taco sauce mix, (see below)
1/4 cup - Ketchup or 1 tbsp. tomato paste.
3/4 cup - Canned black beans rinsed and drained
Salt and pepper to taste.
As needed
Cheddar cheese, sliced or shredded
Tomatoes, drained and chopped
Green onions, chopped
Black olives, sliced
Hot red peppers
Sour cream
Parsley chopped
Taco sauce homemade
1 to 2 tsp. - Hot chili powder
1 to 2 tsp. - Cumin powder
1 to 2 tsp. - Garlic powder
1/2 to 1 tsp. - Paprika powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. - Oregano

TOPPINGS:
4-5 cups tortilla chips
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 long green chili pepper
1/2 red onion
1/2 cup olives
2 tbsp capers
1 tomato
1/2 cup canned black beans
generous sprigs of cilantro
CHIPOTLE SAUCE:
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup water
pinch of pink salt
2 tbsp homemade hot sauce (
1 tbsp smoked paprika
CHEESE SAUCE:
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
pinch of pink salt
pepper
drizzle of olive oil
Directions:
1. Spread the tortilla chips onto a baking try lined with parchment paper
2. Top the chips with the veggie toppings
3. Blend up the cheese sauce ingredients in a high powdered blender until liquified (or soak the cashews overnight if you do not have a high powered blender)
4. Drizzle generously the sauces onto the nachos
5. Broil the nachos in the oven on low for 2-3min until the chips start to char

5 Minute Nacho Cheese Sauce
Homemade nacho cheese sauce is fast, easy, and made with simple ingredients! FULL RECIPE BELOW.

INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 cup whole milk
6 oz. medium cheddar, shredded (about 1.5 cups)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chili powder
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add the butter and flour to a small sauce pot. Heat and whisk the butter and flour together until they become bubbly and foamy. Continue to cook and whisk the bubbly mixture for about 60 seconds.
2. Whisk the milk into the flour and butter mixture. Turn the heat up slightly and allow the milk to come to a simmer while whisking. When it reaches a simmer, the mixture will thicken. Once it's thick enough to coat a spoon, turn off the heat.
3. Stir in the shredded cheddar, one handful at a time, until melted into the sauce. If needed, place the pot over a low flame to help the cheese melt. Do not over heat the cheese sauce.
4. Once all the cheese is melted into the sauce, stir in the salt and chili powder. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. If the sauce becomes too thick, simply whisk in an additional splash of milk.
