How To make Spicy Pumpkin Butter
1/4 c Dark brown sugar, packed
2 tb Sugar
1/4 c Water
1/2 ts Allspice
1/4 ts Ginger
1/4 ts Cloves
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 1/2 c Pumpkin
trY USING THIS ADDED TO WHIPPED CREAM TO GARNISH PUMPKIN PIE Combine the two sugars, water, allspice, ginger, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon in a 4-cup glass measure. MW on HIGH 3 minutes; stir. Add pumpkin and MW on HIGH 5 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate. Keeps several weeks in refrigerator or can be frozen. YIELD: 2 cups NOTE: Use this as you would apple butter.

Hey guys! Today's recipe is so simple. We are making a pumpkin butter that only takes 10 minutes to make, it can even be done in the microwave. It's so easy! The best part about this pumpkin butter is that you can put it on almost anything, toast, milk, blended in a shake, on yogurt!! It's literally the best this time of year so try it out and I guarantee that you're going to love it!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 15 oz can pumpkin puree ( not pumpkin pie filling)
Heat everything except the pumpkin in a saute pan or microwave safe bowl and heat until sugar is fully dissolved. Then add the pumpkin and stir until fully heated. Store in the refrigerator for up-to 2 weeks.

Ingredients
14 oz or 1 can of pumpkin puree
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup apple cider or water
Add all ingredients in a slow cooker or instapot for 3 hours, with the first hour on high. If using a stovetop, simmer for 30 minutes on medium to low heat, or until its thick and sticky. Use on desserts, pastries, or anything that needs a pumpkin kick!
