How To make Spinach & Feta Bread Abm

3/4 c Spinach, frozen chopped
2 1/4 ts Yeast
3 c Bread flour
1/3 c Wheat bran
1 1/2 tb Sugar
1/2 tb Salt
1/2 tb Nutmeg, ground
1/2 ts Black pepper
3 tb Oil
1 Eggs
1/3 c Feta cheese; crumbled
1/2 c Water
Defrost spinach overnight in refrigerator or microwave, but do not cook. Wrap in dish towel or piece of clean old sheeting and tighten fabric around spinach to squeeze out all the liquid. Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start. The green spinach running through this bread makes it look like marble. The loaf is moist yet dense and fragrant with nutmeg and cheese. Meat loaf or cold lamb make excellent sandwich fillings, or eat slices with chicken, egg-lemon, or beef and barley soup. In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water. Tested in DAK R2D2. All-Purpose Flour, 100% – 600g (4 1/2 Cups)
Warm Water, 75% – 450g (2 Cups)
Coarse Sea Salt, 1% – 6g (3/4 tsp.)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3.3% – 20g (2 tbsp.)
Active Dry Yeast, 0.15% – 1/4 tsp. (Instant is good too or 4-5g fresh yeast)

Spinach Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
3 boxes chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
3 onions
Olive oil
Garlic Powder
Salt
Black Pepper
Pizza Dough (recipe in Pizza Video)
Directions: Preheat oven 350 degrees. Chop onions, saute in olive oil. Once translucent, add spinach. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, to your liking. Add more olive oil if dry. Cut dough into half. Roll out like a rectangle. Spread half the onion/spinach mixuture across dough. Roll from one long end to the other. Pinch ends and place on tray. Bake for 20-25min, coat top with olive oil toward end. Once cooled, slice and ENJOY!
