How To make Stir Fry Beef and Spaghetti
8 oz Spaghetti, Fusilli
-or Linguine, uncooked 4 tb Cornstarch
divided
1/3 c Plus 1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tb Dry sherry (optional)
1 Garlic clove :
minced
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/4 ts Pepper
12 oz Boneless beef round steak
- cut into thin strips 2 c Cold water
2 1/2 tb Vegetable oil divided
2 md Carrots :
thinly sliced
1 lg Onion cut into chunks
10 oz Frozen cut green beans
:
thawed and drained Toasted sesame seeds -- (optional)
In a small bowl, blend 1 tablespoon each of the cornstarch and soy sauce, sherry, garlic, ginger and pepper. Add beef; marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. In a small bowl, blend remaining 3 tablespoons cornstarch into water. Stir in remaining 1/3 cup soy sauce.
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Add 1 teaspoon oil to pasta, toss to coat. In a medium skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add meat mixture and stir-fry for 1 minute. Remove meat mixture from heat. In the same skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Add carrots and onion and stir-fry until tender-crisp. Stir in meat, cornstarch mixture and green beans. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and translucent. Arrange hot pasta on warm serving platter, and top with meat mixture. Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired. Each serving provides: 519 Calories; 26.4 g Protein; 67.8 g Carbohydrates; 15.1 g Fat; 40.9 mg Cholesterol;

How To make Stir Fry Beef and Spaghetti's Videos
STIR FRIED BEEF SPAGHETTI WITH VEGETABLES
PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 15 MINUTES
SERVES: 2
INGREDIENTS
100g spaghetti
¾ pounds beef fillet, shredded
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium carrot, julienne slices
1 medium green bell pepper, julienne slices
1 medium yellow bell pepper, julienne sliced
1 red chili, chopped.
1 egg, for sunny-side up
Black & white sesame seeds(opt)
1 cube beef seasoning
Vegetable oil
DIRECTION
- Bring water to a boil, add pinch of salt and cook spaghetti for 7-8
minutes, drain and set aside.
- Pour oil in a wok over medium heat then add the beef and stir-fry
for 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, onions, beef seasoning, stir and let cook for a minute.
- Add carrot, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper,
chopped chilli and stir.
- Add spaghetti, toss to mix well.
- Top with sunny-side up and sprinkle with black and white sesame
seeds.
- Ready to Serve.

Rich Stir Fry Beef Spaghetti. A very delicious spaghetti recipe.
This is a crowd pleasing special spaghetti stir fry recipe with beef and some chicken sausages.
This is made with readily available ingredients in your kitchen without the addition of soy sauce or oyster sauces or cheese but oh, so decadent, so savory, so delicious.
INGREDIENTS
1 Spaghetti slim
1 cup shredded beef
6 medium sized sausage Frank's
2 Tblsp smoked paprika
2 Knoa stock cubes
1 tsp curry powder
2 Tblsp tomato paste
1 cup onion and tomato puree
4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
Thumbsize ginger (finely chopped)
1 Small onion ( finely chopped)
1/ 2 tsp Asian seasoning
1 tsp dry rosemary leaves
* Half each of red,green and yellow bell peppers
