How To make Strawberry Pop Cake
1 pk Yellow or white cake; baked
2 pk Strawberry jello; disolved
1 c Hot water
1 1/2 c Strawberry soda
FROSTING:
1 pk Dream Whip
1 sm Vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 c Milk
Poke cake all over top with fork. Mix water, jello and strawberry pop. Pour over cake. Frost with Dream Whip Mixture.

Strawberry Cake Pops Recipe:
-6 Strawberries
-1/2 Cup of Water
-2 Tbsp. Sugar
-1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
-2 Cups of Cake Mix
-Chocolate for coating (your choice)
Chocolate Cake Pops Recipe:
-1 Cup Water
-1/2 Tbsp.Vanilla Extract
-1/2 Tsp. Instant Coffee
-1 Tbsp. Sugar
-2 1/2 Cups of Cake Mix
-Chocolate for coating(your choice)
Combine and blend all ingredients (EXCEPT for the cake mix and the chocolate). Add cake mix to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Cake Ball cook time: 3-4 Minutes
Makes about 32-34 Cake Pops
Each is about 75 Calories

1 cooked vanilla cake --Bake your layers around 1” thick and as neat and flat as possible
(I used a storebought vanilla sponge or you can cook up a packet mix)
Strawberry Milkshake Frosting:
1 cup Sugar (superfine / caster)
½ cup Strawberry Milk Powder
¼ cup Glucose or Clear Corn Syrup
1/3 cup Water
2 large Egg Whites
Pink food colouring
Pinch of salt
Rainbow sprinkles
Pink sprinkle balls
Pink food coloring
Tools:
Spatula
Decorative straws
Steel bowl
Push Pop Containers
Electric Hand Mixer
Piping Bag
Saucepan
Circle Cutter (around the same size as the top of your push pop containers)

FROSTING:
- 4 Sticks of Unsalted Butter (1Lb)
- 2.5 Cups Powdered Sugar (Up to 4 Cups)
- 1 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Pkg. Freeze Dried Strawberries (1 oz)
- Pinch of Salt (Optional)
CAKE:
- 1 Box of Strawberry Cake Mix (15.25 oz) | If the strawberry mix is unavailable, white cake mix is a great substitute.
- 1 3oz Box of Strawberry Jello Mix
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Cup Milk or Water
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
CRUMBLE:
- 2 Cups Nilla Wafers
- 1/3 Cup Strawberry Jello Mix
- 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
Strawberry Cake Filling Recipe ????
Today I’m making a thick strawberry cake filling that is SO easy to make and tastes much better than any pre-made filling that you would buy at the grocery store. It’s super simple to make!
Strawberry Cake Filling
¾ Cup Water
3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
12 oz frozen unsweetened strawberries
¾ Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1. Pour water and cornstarch into a medium size sauce pan. Whisk into a slurry.
2. Pour strawberries, sugar and lemon juice into the pan and cook on medium-low for 10-15 minutes until the strawberries have broken down. Use a potato masher to mash the strawberries into a chunky consistency.
3. Once the filling has darkened and thickened up, transfer to a bowl and refrigerate to cool it down completely.
*The filling will last in the refrigerator for about a week. After the cake is filled, store it in the refrigerator. However, you can keep it out at room temperature for a few hours. Enjoy!

This was one of my favorite ice cream growing up but due to my coconut allergy I can no longer eat them sadly but I found a cute twist and thought to make these. Whats that saying?
