How To make Sunbeam Swiss Steak
1 1/2 lb Round steak; 1 to 1-1/2"
-thick (to 3 pounds) 1/3 c Flour
2 ea Onions; peeled, sliced (to 3
2 tb Fat
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 ea Clove garlic; minced (opt)
1 ea Stalk celery; diced or slice
1 1/2 c Cooked tomatoes OR
1/2 c Chili sauce AND
1/2 c Water
1/2 ea Green pepper; sliced
Chopped parsley Lay meat on a bread board and pound flour into both sides until flour is absorbed by steak. Preheat frypan to 280 degrees F, add fat. When fat is melted, add onions, saute and stir until golden color (about 3 minutes), remove from fat. Set dial at 360 degrees F. Add 2 tablespoons additional fat. When hot, add meat, brown well on both sides (10 to 15 minutes), increasing heat if necessary. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread sauteed onions, garlic, celery, tomatoes and pepper slices over steak. Cover. Turn dial to simmering point, simmer until tender, about 1-1/2 hours. Remove meat to hot platter, skim off fat from drippings. Add a few drops bottled gravy sauce, of desired. Pour over meat. (If desired thicken drippings to make gravy.) Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with hot noodles, rice or potatoes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Tomatoes may be omitted and beef bouillon may be added instead. Sauteed or canned mushrooms can be added a short time before cooking time is up. Peeled potatoes and carrots may be added about 40 minutes before cooking time is up. If large, cut in half. AIR FRYER BREAD |Multi-Purpose Dough Part 2|Soft Dinner Rolls

✔️Multi-Purpose Dough
1 whole egg [60 grams]
3 tbsp sugar [38 grams]
2 tsp instant yeast [6 grams]
1 cup fresh milk [240 ml] (lukewarm)
1/4 cup oil (any cooking oil)
3 cups all purpose flour [405 grams]
1/2 tsp salt [3 grams]
✅Air fry @ 125 C (260F) for 10 mins. or add up time if it needs it.
Air fryer Model: Philips HD9200/91 4.1 Liter
NOTE:
1. Cooking / Baking time & temp may vary on the type and size of air fryer so alter it accordingly.
2. Pre-heat the air fryer if preferred.
2. The bread gets browned only on top & its bottom may look pale/white since the heating element of a regular air fryer is only on top. If preferred, the bread can be flipped once its top has turned brown then bake/fry for another few minutes until it's brown. Air frying the bread for longer time without flipping it may result to a toasted top crust.

Party Platter Sandwiches ⬇️ FULL RECIPE BELOW ⬇️ You're having a bunch of friends over but don't know what to make. It has to be filling, easy, and obviously delicious. So what could possibly fit all those descriptors? The answer is simple: sandwiches. Yes, bread once again saves the day with this ultra-tasty sandwich platter recipe. And the preparation could not be more straightforward: Just toast 12 slices of bread in the oven, stack 'em in a baking pan, pour some eggs over them, and add your toppings of choice. And that's it! Dinner is served.

You'll Need:
For the sandwiches:
- 12 slices of white bread
- 8 oz block of Swiss cheese
For the egg mixture:
- 18 eggs
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ⅓ cup flour
- salt & pepper to taste
For the toppings:
- diced tomatoes + crumbled feta + sliced black olives
- diced bell peppers + diced hot dogs + sliced scallions
- sliced mushrooms + bacon bits + shredded cheddar
Here's How:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Put 12 slices of white bread upright in the bottom oven rack and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the toast from the oven and reduce the temperature to 325°F.
2. Put 6 slices of toast in a deep baking pan, grate the Swiss cheese on top, and cover with the remaining 6 slices of toast.
3. For the egg mixture, add the eggs, heavy cream, baking powder, and flour to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and use an immersion blender to combine the ingredients. Pour the egg mixture over the toast in the baking pan.
4. Sprinkle diced tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced black olives over 2 of the toast slices.
5. Sprinkle sliced mushrooms, bacon bits, and shredded cheddar cheese over another 2 slices of toast.
6. Sprinkle diced hot dogs, diced bell peppers, and sliced scallions over the last 2 pieces of toast.
7. Transfer the baking pan to the oven and cook at 325°F for 25 minutes.
As always, you're free to play around with the toppings as much as you want. You could mix it up with different vegetables, cheeses, and meats – it's up to you and what you like! You could make a Reuben-style sandwich with pastrami, Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing, for example. The possibilities are endless! Air Fryer Rotisserie Chicken Ingredients
1.5 kg whole chicken
1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning salt
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Recipe Note:
I am using a Frigidaire 25L (21QT) Digital air fryer oven with Rotisserie. You can cook this 3.5 lbs whole chicken in the air fryer size from 5 Qt (without rotisserie) or larger capacity with or without a rotisserie. You may use the drip tray if the chicken can rotate properly and is not too big, or use the air fryer basket then lined with aluminum foil to catch the drippings.
The time and temperature of cooking may vary slightly, depending on the size and power of your air fryer. The smaller capacity means the shorter the cooking time because the heat and air blasted quickly, compared to a larger capacity that has plenty of space for the air to circulate means more time to lose heat.
According to Health Canada, the safe internal cooking temperature of a whole chicken is 180°F or 82°F (165°F if cooking pieces of chicken).
To check the safe internal temperature of the whole chicken, insert the food thermometer through the thickest part of the chicken (the chicken thighs and breast) to the middle, not touching the bone.
