This traditional Swiss bircher muesli takes about 5 minutes to prep the night before. A fantastic breakfast to bring to work or school. Prep and enjoy on the go.
Healthy tasty Oats recipe (Swiss Breakfast) (no cook, no sugar)
Oats are incredibly Nutritious, they are rich in Anti-oxidants. It helps to lower cholesterol and improve blood sugar. It is also very effective in weightloss.
To make healthy oats you need :
4 spoon oats
1 cup milk
1 spoon honey
1 spoon chia seeds
Almonds & raisins
Fruits (of your choice)
(Keep it in fridge overnight and then serve it !)
