2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract (optional )
1 eggyolk
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup granulated nuts or crushed nut (nuts of your choice)

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 sticks butter (softened)
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1/3 cup raspberry jam
Bake at 350F for 15 mins.

350 degree F. Bake 12 to 14 minutes
1 cup butter
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract or paste
2 1/3 cups flour
Mix dough, roll in balls, make a divet with thumb or melon baller, fill with lemon curd, lime, curd, or jam. Bake.
