Our mission to try the best street food in Morocco has taken us to the coastal city of Agadir. Our first stop on our crazy Moroccan street food tour was to try the popular Moroccan food of hargma. This classic dish is made up of slow cooked beef trotters in a rich broth full of chickpeas, definitely a rich dish to start the day.
Being on the coast, we had to try fresh fish in Agadir, so we tasted the popular Agadir street food of freshly grilled sardines. Afterwards, we continued our Moroccan food tour to explore Souk El Had, Africa’s largest indoor souk. This souk is massive, full of Moroccan street food, shopping, fruits and veggies, you name it this souk has it! While we were there, we sampled some of the Agadir street food, like za3za3 and briouats. Africa’s largest indoor souk was full of many tastes, flavours, and deliciously yummy treats.
The last stop on our crazy street food tour in Agadir, Morocco was at a shop near the souk that does some crazy tagines. We stopped in for a Moroccan cow brain tajine cooked by the chef Rachid. As far as foods to eat in Morocco go, this is one you must try! The Moroccan cow brain is fried up then finished in the tagine with fresh bread, a tasty and flavourful dish.

Pizza Around the World, Morocco Pizza Tour AJIKOL, Indian Pizza, Nordic Pizza, and Armenian Pizza
Moroccan pizza world tour with Indian Pizza, Armenian Pizza and Nordic Pizza. Pizza with Salmon is a surprise to us. Pizza with cream sauce opens up a pizza for new flavors, such as salmon, or an Indian pizza. I wonder if pizza in Norway has salmon on it. Salmon on pizza is a new recipe we have never seen before, but it is really delicious! Indian pizza features the chicken and cream sauce, Andreja misses the curry of India. The Armenian pizza was delicious as well, with well spiced beef accompanying fresh bell peppers. We also ate a tomato mozzarella salad with pesto on top.
Ajikol offers a wood fire oven to bake your pizzas as well as a variety of pizzas for dine in or delivery. Located in it's new location in Tamraght, it is convenient for all your Moroccan taco, plate, or pizza needs. We had been to the other location between Aourir and Tamraght, but now it is more conveniently located for people to walk to. Ajikol means come eat in Darija, the Moroccan dialect, and that is exactly what you will do here.
We offer a few words in Amazigh language as well as Darija, although this video is in English we do our best to bring a few learning lessons of colors in the berber language. Maroc pizza is diverse, but be warned...all pizzas have black olives...if that is not your thing, make sure you let them know you do not want olives (like we do.)
