It's just basic easy simple waffle recipe ????❣️????
RECIPE: for two big round waffles
Ingredients:
1 cup all purppse flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbs sugar (with this amount of sugar- the waffle will not be very sweet because it counts with the fact that you're going to use syrup on top)
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup melted butter (or oil- for example rice oil, grapeseed oil, peanut oil, etc..)
- ingredients of your choice for the topping - strawberries, blueberries, whipped cream, maple syrup
1. Mix all the dry ingredients, and all the wet ingredients in the separate bowls.
2. Then mix them together.
3. Make in the waffle maker- we usually leave them in around 2,5 min
4. Topp with fruit and syrup of your choice

Today I m going to make a different and healthy waffles which is good for weight loss.
Ingredients Required:
1. 1 cup oats
2. 1 cup semolina
3. 1 tbsp rice flour
4. 1 tsp baking powder
5. Salt to taste
6. 1 tbsp flaxseed
7. 1 tbsp sesame
8. 1 tbsp butter
9. 1 bowl grated carrot
10. 1 bowl chopped capsicum
For purée:
1 bowl spinach leaves
2 green chilli
2-3 garlic cloves
1 small piece of ginger
Note: if you don’t have waffles maker .
From this batter can be make Uttapam, dosa and many other snacks..

Learn how to make delicious and healthy waffles from scratch with this easy 6 ingredient breakfast recipe.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Ripe Bananas
3/4 Cup Milk (or milk substitute)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Honey
Directions:
1. In one small bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Set aside. In another larger bowl, mash the bananas, then whisk in the milk. Add the vanilla and honey. Add dry ingredients and mix together just until combined.
2. Grease your waffle iron with cooking spray or butter. Spoon the batter onto the iron. (Make sure not to add too much batter or it will overflow.) Cook waffles for 3-4 minutes.
3. Optional: Spread butter on the waffles while they are still warm. Top with your favorite fruits, nuts, or other toppings.

PROTEIN WAFFLES RECIPE
(makes 4 servings - 12 waffles)
Ingredients:
2 cups ground oats, or oat flour (200g)
1/4 cup tapioca starch or cornstarch (30g)
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1.5 cups skyr or Greek yogurt (380g)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (65g)
3 eggs
For topping:
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp low-sugar fruit jam
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per serving):
339 calories, fat 6.3g, carb 47.5g, protein 22.5g
Preparation:
In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients, oat flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Add all the wet ingredients: skyr, maple syrup, applesauce and eggs, to the dry ingredients.
Whisk until combined, and smooth, thick batter is formed.
Preheat your waffle iron and spray with cooking spray, or brush with a little bit of coconut oil.
Spoon the batter onto the waffle iron (about 1/4 cup) and cook the waffles for 3-4 minutes (follow the manufacturer's instructions).
Transfer to a wire rack to crisp before serving.
Serve with peanut butter and fruit jam.
