INGREDIENTS:
Whole Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Salt – ¼ tsp
Sugar – ½ tbsp
Dried/Fresh Rosemary or Thyme – 1 tsp (optional)
Garlic Powder – ½ tsp
Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
Water – ¼-½ cup
Olive Oil – for brushing
Dried/Fresh Rosemary or Thyme
Coarse Salt/Sea Salt
Ground Pepper

Sesame & Chia Crackers Recipe | Go Delicious
Crispy, tasty, guilt-free sesame and chia seeds crackers made at home, what can be better than that? No artificial anything, no secret ingredients, but still better than the ones from the supermarkets. Sounds almost impossible? Well it isn’t. It’s a fail proof recipe that I am so happy to share.
Here are the ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan (for a dairy-free version, simply leave it out)
3/4 cup of warm water
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg white to brush
Sprinkle of sesame seed and flax seed, for additional crunch
To make the dough simply mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, and add the water bit by bit, mixing with a fork. Add the vegetable oil a tablespoon at a time, and knead the dough for a minute or two, just until all the ingredients are well combined and you are left with nice dough.
Cut the dough in two.
Roll half of the dough on a parchment paper to prevent it from sticking on the table. This will also make the transferring from the table to the baking tin fast and easy. Roll it thin, as this as you can, then brush it with the egg white and sprinkle sesame and flax seed on top to make it extra crunchy. Of course you can use other seeds instead, it is a very versatile recipe, I chose sesame and chia because that’s what I prefer and always have on hand.
Bake in a 200C preheated oven for up to 15 minutes or until golden on top.

===== Ingredients =====
Whole wheat flour 300 g
Olive oil 6 Tbsp
Salt 1/8 tsp
Baking powder 1 Tsp
Ground flax seed 4 Tbsp
Ground sesame seed 2 Tbsp
Water 150 ml
===== Recipe =====
-Making dough
In the large bowl, Place the flour, flax seed, sesame seed, salt, baking powder & mix well. Add water & oil.
Mix the dough without kneading.
Hold the dough to one piece. Fold dough few times.
Make the dough 2-5 mm thickness.
Cut into small pieces & give them some space for each dough.
Preheat oven for 200°C or 395°F.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients:-
Water: 1 cup
Salt to taste
Ghee: ½ teaspoon
Sesame seeds: 2 tablespoons
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
Jowar flour: ½ cup
Rice flour: ½ cup
Method of Preparation
Heat water in a pan.
Add salt, ghee and heat water to a gentle simmer.
Add sesame seeds and Kissan Fresh tomato ketchup to the water.
Add in the Jowar and Rice flour in the water, mix and turn off heat.
Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl and allow it to cool.
Once the mixture cools down. Grease your palm with oil and knead the mixture into a dough.
Shape the dough into small round balls and flatten them.
Slice the flattened dough into a square or any shape cracker of your liking.
Place the cracker on the baking sheet and prick them with a fork.
Bake it in the oven for 10 to 12 min. Allow it to cool.
Your crackers are now ready to serve.

These crunchy crackers taste amazing as is, and make for a perfectly with your tea-time as well !!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Whole Wheat flour/ गेहूँ आटा
1/2 cup Gram flour/ besan/ बेसन
1/2 cup Ragi flour/ finger millet/ नाचनी
2 tbsp. white Sesame seeds/ तिल
2 tbsp. ground Flaxseeds/ अलसी पाउडर
1 tsp Cumin seeds/ जीरा
1/2 tsp Carom seeds/ अजवाइन
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder/ हल्दी पाउडर
1/2 tsp Fennel seeds/ सौन्फ
1/2 tsp Baking powder/ बेकिंग पाउडर
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder/ काली मिर्च पाउडर
1 tsp salt/ नमक
3 tbsp. Oil of Choice/ तेल
3/4 cup Water/ पानी (or as required)
Make a Slightly Hard Dough
Divide into 4 equal parts
Take a Parchment Paper and Roll the Balls thinly
Cut out squares or any shape of choice
Preheat a Kadhai/oven for 10 mins
Bake in low-med flame for 35 mins in Kadhai
OR
Bake at 180°C for 25-30 mins in an Oven
Allow it to cool and store in an airtight container
